SILENCE TOOK OVER THE ROOM when all of the students were spacing out – not talking to each other.
Quiet all around them was comforting for some of the students due to the turning of their friend and watching two healthy people walk out of the room – It really affected the whole class.
"I didn't hear anything"
The silence broke down as a person near the windows blurted down a statement looking down at the ground whilst twisting their head to face the boy who was speaking.
"I couldn't hear anything" Cheong-San made another statement.
"Like what?" The only guys with a blazer whipped his head towards the boy talking – questioning him clearly not getting what he was talking about.
"After Na-Yeong went out and Ms. Park went out after her" Cheong-San explained while his head still not making eye-contact with them, "I didn't hear anything after that"
"You mean, screaming?" Il-Sung, who had his head resting on Gi-hea's lap sat up and asked the boy, who finally made eye-contact with a nod muttering a, "yes"
The whole crew went silent again as the boy responded with his answering and turning their head away from him but the silence stopped when a student wished to speak.
"Maybe they didn't die, then" Dae-Su had his arms crossed and rested on his stomach as the boys looked at his direction, "They wouldn't have been quiet if zombies were biting them. They must be alive"
The boy talking twisting his head left and right to his classmate's reaction but receiving nothing but a cold stare with silence and unamused written on them.
"Why don't you respond?" He asked them sinking into his seat, "No one's responding. I'm always talking to myself"
While keeping the silence, Onjo started to agree with Dae-Su followed by some students who also agreed they didn't hear anything coming from outside but when Gi-hea was going to agree a girl decided to speak first.
"Should she be?" those words coming from the girls mouth – getting everyone's attention.
"What do you mean?" the four-eyed guy asked the girl across from her at the table at the center. He was confused as to why she said that, hell, everyone is.
"She's a murderer. She killed Gyeong-Su and walked out on her own" Ji-Min stated her opinion, "Is it right for her to be alive? Aren't you all being pretentious?"
"What about Ms. Park?" A question coming out from Woo-Jin, "Should she have died too?"
"Is that our fault?" The girl snapped back at the boy receiving another complain, "What? What did we do? Na-Yeong killed someone and played the victim and left on her own. Because we didn't listen to her?"
"If no one's on your side, is it okay to kill? Ms. Park talked as if we were in the wrong. We didn't tell Na-Yeon to go out there. We didn't tell Ms. Park to go out there either. Why should we feel bad? F*ck, what the hell did we do wrong?"
Il-Sung watched as the girl stopped talking and everyone went noiseless once again. His breathe hitched while he felt like his bladder was going to pop out.
"Yah, does anyone know a restroom near?" He asked all his classmates with his expressions wincing as he tried to hold back, "I really need to take a piss"
Everyone looked at his as if they also wanted to go to the bathroom but they soon realized that they weren't allowed to go outside. Their faces soon turned into a relief but back to disappointment.

A PERSON WITH BLOODY turned to see a mark exposed on the side of their hand. Unable to think about what will happen next their head whipped around to see their partner with a frightened look on their eyes.
"Is that?" Them breathe shaking heavily as they looked on the bite mark that they were given.
A person was infected (in the future) but who is that person?
