First "I love you"

I'm really sorry for not uploading for like a week but I've been super busy.

You and Ethan were sitting on the couch together at his house. His arm was wrapped around you and you had your nose buried in his shoulder. He smelled like Abercrombie and just plain guy. Grayson was out and the two of you had the house all to your selves.

His eyes were closed, sleeping most likely. You just sat with your eyes closed too, not able to sleep. It was only two in the afternoon, but somehow Ethan managed to sleep whenever. You could feel his chest go up and down as he breathed. He squirmed a little but you stayed perfectly still. You could feel him looking at you. Instead of opening your eyes, you just stayed with your eyes closed, pretending to sleep.

He played with your long brown ponytail. Making attempts to braid it. You smiled a little, he still thought you were sleeping. He held on to a little tighter now, and whispered something very quietly. "I love you, babe." It was quiet, but you could still hear what he said.

Instead of continuing to fake sleep, you woke up. Wiping your eyes and making a faux yawn for affect. Ethan looked at you. "What'd you say?" You asked. "Nothing," he said trying to be chill. "No, you said something," you pressed. "You said you loved me." Ethan just sat there blushing his cheeks has turned red. "Well, I mean yeah, I do love you." He said. He seemed more sure of it this time. You just sat there leaning up against him smiling. "You don't love me back, I under-" you cut him off by pressing your lips against his. He pulled you close and pressed his forehead against yours, looking you right in the eye. "I love you too," you said. He smiled and continued to kiss you. After that he sat, up and walked around his house yelling, "Y/N said she loved me!" "I'm in love with Y/N!"
