Izuku: When she was defending him after his return

Shoto: It took him a while to actually realize (Kaminari basically had to tell him), but it was around the end of second year.
Momo: While they were studying at one point, it through her off for the rest of the study session.

Iidamei
Iida: After graduation the two started working together a lot and soon he realized that he wanted to protect her more than anyone else.
Mei: She was working on one of her babies when it exploded and Iida got her out of harms way.
