The Bet

Scarlett's pov
I woke up around 10:26 am when someone smacked their hand on my face. I look and see Liv still fast asleep and then hear the shower running. Chris is probably taking a shower so I guess I can answer some emails I haven't yet looked at. I carefully get out of bed and get some clothes to wear for the day. As I did that, I hear the water stop running. I sit back on the bed, grabbing my phone, and wait until Chris is done. It hasn't taken long. "Good morning gorgeous" he says walking out with a towel wrap around his neck. "Morning handsome" I speak while he walks over to me and kisses my cheek. "I'll be out in a sec" I told him closing the door behind me and getting changed. I get dress in some black mom jeans, with a Gucci belt with a pink is coral colour hoodie.

I brushed my teeth and put my hair up in a messy bun then left the bathroom. I put my other clothes in the hamper and walked out the room seeing that Chris was gone and Liv was still peacefully sleeping. I walk down the hallway but I hear some yelling coming from Ashley's room. The hell? "Get lost!" I hear her shout. Who is she shouting too? I open her door and see her by the window, with the window open, yelling at someone. "Ash, honey, who are you shouting at?" I ask her as I make my way to her. I look out and see these kids. Probably around her age, maybe a year older. "What are you going to do about it princess!?" One of the kids shouted.

He kind of looked like that Jackson dude Liv showed me yesterday. "Fuck off, you fuck boy!" Ashley shouted. I didn't like her using that kind of language but I mean...  "What's that supposed to mean!" He shouted back. "Ash what's going on?" I ask her but she ignores me obviously getting angrier by the second. "Are you fucking serious!? You did a bet with your dumbass friends over there!" A bet? "Yeah well it was funny and worth my money!" He shouted back. Okay this kid better shut up and leave before I go down there myself. "You had sex with me just for that stupid bet and it didn't mean nothing to you!" She said now having tears her in eyes.

What the fuck is wrong with this kid? "Don't tell me you didn't enjoy it!" He said and that's when I snapped. I walked downstairs, well mostly running downstairs passing Chris. "What's all that yelling about?" He asks taking his headphones off. I ignore him and I feel some footsteps behind me but I just ignore them.

Ashley's pov
I see Scarlett storming off and I know what she's going to do. You know her, being all protective. I flipped the guys off and shut my window and ran after her. "What's all that yelling about?" Dad asks taking his headphones off and setting them on the couch. "Talk later" I tell him as I run after Scarlett. He just nods his head but stands up and goes to the window to see what the heck is going on. This is not how I want him to know what happened to me. Whatever, it will happen soon anyways. "Scar wait" I said holding her hand and turning her to face me. "What?" She said looking at the boys who were just sitting there smiling at us. "Don't" I tell her when she's really looking at me.

"I'm not letting them get away with this Ash" she says walking towards the boys again making my hand fall from her grasp. I sigh and just stand there not wanting to see this or hear. But I have too. "Which one of you is Jackson?" Scar asks crossing her arms. Oh god. I know that stance and that look on her face. "Who wants to know?" Jackson said and I roll my eyes. I then feel someone behind me and I turn around to see dad. "What's going on?" He asks me but I knew my vision was getting blurry from the tears that are going to come soon. "Um it's-" I said then Scarlett started talking again.

"Me. I want to know" she says and I felt a tear roll down my face but I quickly wipe it away not trying to show how weak I am. That's how I got into this mess. "This stupid bet of yours that you did-" she started talking but I zoned her out. I was trying not to listen to what she was saying. I completely shut my brain off. Feeling peace and quiet. But that didn't last long. I felt someone push me a little and I look to see some red hair running towards the boys.

Olivia's pov
I woke up to some shouting from outside so I get up and walk down to see dad and Ash standing there. Ash looks like she zoned out while dad looks pissed. I then see Scarlett shouting at the boys that did the bet with Ashley. Oh so do they really want to die right now? I walk and push Ashley which I think made her wake up a little. I walk towards them. "Do you want me to call your dad right now and expose your ass!?" I tell Jackson and he freezes. Good. "What are you talking about?" He says smiling down at me. Scarly looks at me practically telling me to let her handle it but I ignore it. Like I always do. "Oh trust me you know" I glare at him and he backs away.

"Now if you could kingly fuck off before I ruin your life once again" I tell them and they start backing away then stops. "What's that on your face?" I ask him and his friends look at him shrugging. "What do you mean-" he says then I use this black widow trick that Scarly showed me the other day. He face planted on the floor landing on mud. Now his face is all covered in mud. "That" I point to his face and laugh. "Now this is your last warning Jackson" I tell him and he and his friends quickly run away. After they are completely out of my sigh, I look back and see that Ashley was about to break any second now.
