Bakusquad: Bakugo is a softie when you get to know him. Just look how he treats the bakusquad. He literally won't hurt them as much as he does everyone else. I think he loves them secretly.
Mina is the big sister of the bakusquad. No joke. The boys will protect her from everyone else but will bully her themselves. Don't worry, she bullies them back and will kill anyone who even thinks abt hurting the boys.
Denki is the fun uncle and tablet brother. A little annoying but can liven up any party or activity no matter how dull. He will also ask you what games you have on your phone. Always. Ps - the ex-phone charger.
Sero is the "mom" friend. He always has medical bandages and knows in depth how to make proper splints from any fracture or sprain. Btw he totally knows sign language just incase he meets someone who uses it.
Kirishima is best boy. He is the literal sunshine. He protecc. He atacc. Most important he haz snacc. He is also the event planner for the group. Makes sure everyone is free and will have fun even Bakugo.

Dekusquad: Iida is the dad. Unintended dad jokes. Helps with homework. Protects the children. Lowkey not sane but looks the most sane. Anger problem... Also stop calling him Lida he hates it.
Tsuyu is the only sensible one. She tries so hard to get them to stop doing stupid stuff but they do it anyway. She tells them "I told you so" then helps them to recovery girl or a hospital whichever is closer. Also she fights the urge to just catch flies constantly.
Uraraka is the one who seems calm, and she is until she get passionate about something. Her training with Gunhead has left her with crazy strength and a great taste in music. She is always the road trip DJ. Metal and Punk all the way.
Deku is problem child. He is the reason so many things happen to the group. He also is very caring for his friends. If they end up sick, he will use ofa just to take them medicine and their favorite food as fast as possible. He also has a list of all their favorite things from color to clothing styles.
Todoroki is the resident shopper. He buys everything even when they tell him no. He has more than once been caught with endeavor's debit card just to buy the squad snacks for movie night. Also the planner of movie nights and dinner.

Jiro/Momosquad: Momo is the mom. 100% will take care of you. Makes you clothes, gear, phones, toys, you name it she makes it. She will buy the stuff she cant make. Are you hungry? I have a 5 course meal for you. Thirsty? What flavor tea do you like? She will give her soul if she has to.
Tokoyami is the emo son. He never wants to go out with the group but he goes anyway. He will also never admit that he loves it when they drag him along just to spend time with them. Every few months, he chooses a day to plan something for the squad just to remind them he loves them.
Hagakure is the fashion icon of the group. She makes sure everyone is looking fabulous and feeling comfortable. She is also a sweetheart. She checks up on everyone constantly.
Jiro is the planner. No matter if its a party, sleepover, movie night, or just hang out. She puts in 110% to make sure everyone enjoys themself. She also DJs all the time.
Ojiro is the protector. Never hurt his friends. He will leave you in the hospital. Also surprisingly enjoys hoodies.

Aoyamasquad: Shoji is the one who makes sure the others leave the dorms at least once a week.
Koda would rather stay in his room surrounded with stuffed animals. When Shoji forces him out of his room though, he sometimes calls for animals to come and hang out with the group.
Mineta is only in the group bc the others refused him. Shoji will pull him away from the girls side. When he is with the group, he is normally sulking.
Aoyama is only the squad "leader" bc no one else really cared. Shiny boi™.
Sato is the snack man. He makes snacks for the others. However, a lot of times Shoji has to force him out of the kitchen to keep Sato from cooking himself to death.
