As soon as Jia returned home from the club, Kang Jung-il noticed something was wrong. After asking around, he found out that Dae-Sung and Dae-Hyun had brought Jia to the club, and they had even paid for some guys’ service. He was so angry that his face turned dark!

“Kneel down! How dare you pay men to drink with Jia? What a bad influence! Don’t you want your entertainment company anymore?” Kang Jung-il glared at Dae-Sung, who was kneeling in front of him. He was frustrated, wondering how a decent man like himself could have such shameless sons! Fortunately, his precious daughter was not taken advantage of. Otherwise, he would have torn Dae-Sung’s entertainment company apart!

“Dad, Dae-Sung...” Dae-Hyun looked at his brother who was scolded so badly by his father that he did not even dare to raise his head. He was really pitiful. Just as he was about to put in a good word for his big brother, Jung-il started telling him off.

“You too, on your knees! Your brother was being ridiculous. But instead of stopping him, you even went fooling around with him! Jia is your sister, too. How could you do this to her? You actually left her with some strange men!”

Jung-il was furious when he thought about how his precious daughter who had just returned home was brought to a place like that, after all the hardship she’d been through. Those men were coveting her like perverts!

That was his precious daughter! He didn’t have time to accompany her even if he wanted to! Luckily, he hadn’t witnessed the scene with his own eyes. Otherwise, he would have been so jealous that he would have beaten Dae-Sung to death!

Dae-Hyun unwillingly bent his knees and pinched his ears with his hands as if he had been wronged.

If he had known that Jung-il was so upset, he would never have spoken up for his brother. Wouldn’t it have been nice to just stand by and watch?

After kneeling for almost an hour, Dae-Hyun couldn’t take it anymore. So, he turned to look at Jia, who had been watching for a long time.

Jia was used to this scene. Her mind was filled with memories from her childhood. As she was the only daughter in the Kang family, both her parents and her six elder brothers doted on her. Even when they were punished for hurting her, they would not complain. Instead, they simply took the blame.

Every time Jia begged for mercy, Jung-il would automatically give in.

As she thought about this, Jia was deeply moved. With a family that loved her so much, why would she ignore them and insist on entering the Kim family?

“Dad, they just wanted to make me happy. Those artists know what they were doing. We just chatted for a while. Don’t be mad at my brothers. Otherwise, they won’t hang out with me anymore!” Though Jia found it funny looking at Dae-Hyun begging for her help, she didn’t forget to beg for her father’s forgiveness.

“I dare them!” Jung-il roared as soon as he heard that the boys weren’t going to play with their sister anymore because they were punished. This made them break out in a cold sweat.

Jia noticed that Jung-il seemed to be even angrier, so she quickly looked at him pitifully. How could he stand her looking like this? He immediately patted her on the head and the anger in his eyes disappeared. All that was left was tenderness.

He turned to look at the two kneeling kids and let out a sigh of relief, “Remember, Jia is pleading for you this time. Otherwise, I would’ve made you kneel for an entire day!”
