The next couple of weeks were a little crazy. You had quizzes, a test, and a group presentation due so you didn't have much time to hang out with too many people. You tried to avoid Muzan's crew but, it didn't work. You felt embarrassed with the way you had to check prices and count your money because you were broke. They just flaunted money you didn't have and it upset you a bit but, it wasn't their fault. None of them brought it up or treated you differently. You appreciated it a lot. Of course, you talked with everyone every day. It was nice to not get too lost in school work and improvement on your part. You haven't ghosted anyone or stopped being friends with anyone because of your own insecurities.

"I feel like we haven't hanged out in forever!" You smiled at Shinobu as you walked with a few others. It was you, Shinobu, Mitsuri, Sanemi and Genya. The three of you felt comfortable with your two guard dogs that most definitely bite. The five of you made it to an ice cream parlor and got whatever treats you guys wanted.

"You know we got a week break coming up?" You gasped turning to them in surprise

"I totally forgot!" You've been focused on other things forgetting that a break was in fact coming up. What were you going to? Maybe you can see Inosuke, Tanjiro, Nezuko, and Zenitsu. You can go back to your studio. You were forced to get that studio and you were still not used to living by yourself. It was weird. You paid rent twice a year because it was every 6 months you wrote a check for it.

"We can totally go to the beach! It's hot it's going to be 34 to 36 degrees Celsius the whole week too!" That was pretty hot, maybe a beach trip wouldn't be so bad...

"I wouldn't mind going to the beach..." You squeaked when Mitsuri squeezed the life out of you.  You took the time to text everyone else to see if they wanted to go to the beach as well. You explained to the Muzan crew you'll be there and wanted to know if they wanted to come. They agreed. Now, the only challenge was to get your original crew to come to the beach on the designated day...

The break came quicker than you thought and in no time the beach trip was here to wreak havoc on your soul. You were back in your studio apartment, comfortable disliking having to pack up all your stuff just to bring it back in a week. You didn't even bother unpacking it since it was all clean and nothing you will need here at home. You checked your phone and saw everyone was already almost to the beach. Perfect. You were 10 minutes away so you were tempted to walk there in a bikini but, your confidence knocked your ass back down. "Yeah, bitch don't do that." You went and got a skirt with a crop top. Fuck it. You normally weren't this brave but, it's hot and you were going to the beach. You also decided to wear a 2 piece which is the boldest thing you did in a long time. Who cares. Any 'body' is a bikini body. You had your bag with your towel, sunscreen, food, phone, keys, and an extra pair of clothes just in case. Satisfied with the way you looked you left your apartment being sure to text everyone that you'll be there in a few. They all were there. Now. Was it smart for them all to be there? Maybe not. However, you didn't care. You were going to have all of their attention one way or the other. It didn't take long for you to get to the beach. The first group of people you saw was Shinobu's group courtesy of Tengen with his 3 girlfriends and Gyomei. They were huge and stuck out.

"Y/N BABY!" You loved Suma and how erratic and cute she was. You matched her energy jogging a bit to make it up to them. You saw just about everyone was here. You set down your stuff turning in time to catch a handful of Suma. Falling backward in the sand the two of you caught the giggles with Makio screaming at Suma to quit before you get hurt. "She doesn't mind Makio! Right Y/N?!"
