Here's some scenarios that my just thought of. Happy Valentine's Day! <3
What he gets you:
Guren would get you your favorite snacks and a stuff animal. Although he would only get the idea from Shinya.
How you two would spend the day:
Endless hugs and cuddles. Guren may seem like a person who wouldn't like affection but he loves it. He never has time to do anything but luckily there's Valentine's day. He would treat you well and make you happy. You give him gifts and cook his favorite foods just for him.
If he misses Valentine's day with you:
Guren would feel very guilty for not spending time with you but you know, as Lieutenant colonel he can't really have free time unless Sayuri or Shigure take over classes. When he would be back home he would apologize and keep giving you affection.
Where he would take you:
Guren would take you on a date or anywhere you want. He would basically spoil you all day.
PDA:
Absolutely not. Guren may be affectionate...but only at home privately. He feels embarrassed that it may seem weird if he clings onto you or just shows his love for you.
