Male Reader POV - Jackal kept dodging each attack that Reala shot at me seeing the grassy fields burning up my eyes going wide in shock.
Male Reader - Reala stop! You're destroying the place!
Reala - Why is that any of my concern? *smirks* this place along with you can burn to the ground!
Male Reader POV - I was horrified feeling truly disgusted at what he was saying. My stomach turned in knots it seemed Jackal noticed as he held me closer being protective trying to create distance between us and Reala.
Male Reader - Why are you doing this?! *Tears* you're destroying everything! This surly can't be what you wanted!!
Reala - ....
Male Reader POV - For a split second I saw pain in his eyes as a sudden ball of darkness hit Jackal causing him to help as we both fell to the ground. A shadow soon appeared over me seeing Reala give an angry look creating another ball of darkness his face full of rage and fury.
Reala - And just who do you think you are telling me what I desire?!
Male Reader - I-I...
Male Reader POV - I was lost for words not able to respond seeing him raise his hand up in the air no choice I closed my eyes tightly in fear waiting for myself to be hit.

Male Reader POV - A scream was heard opening my eyes gasping seeing Balan infront of me grabbing Realas wrist as the ball of darkness went away. I sighed in relief but at the same time coward in fear wondering how Balan even found me in such a place.
Male Reader - B-Balan?!
Balan - I'm disappointed in you Dearist
Male Reader POV - His tone was ice cold as he turned his head as I saw red in his eyes shaking uncontrollably. He wasn't himself the pain in his body and heart was taking over again it honestly scared me.
Male Reader - Y-you're in pain *whispers*
Balan - ....
Male Reader POV - I saw how he twisted Realas wrist more hearing screams of agony and pain. Not being able to take it anymore I got up on my feet seeing Jackal struggling to get up behind me.
Male Reader - St-Stop! You're hurting him!!
Balan - .....
Male Reader POV - Taking a chance I ran up behind Balan wrapping my arms around his waist hugging hin from behind sobbing.
Male Reader - Stop! I love you! *sobs* I know you aren't the kind who hurts others! Please just stop!!
Balan POV - My eyes went wide feeling arms wrap around me from behind slowly letting Reala's wrist go as he flew back creating distance. My body began to shake feeling myself come back to my senses slowly looking behind me.
Balan - S-sweetheart? *Tears*
Male Reader POV - I saw Balan's eyes return to normal color giving me a confused yet sad look causing me to only hug him tighter.
Male Reader - *Sniffles* I was being stupid you were in so much pain and I've neglected your feelings
Balan - ....
Male Reader - Potions and medicine isn't the answer! I should have even there for you mentally to show you love and compassion!
Male Reader POV - I began to cry uncontrollably hugging Balan tighter.
Balan POV - I began to turn around holding (Y/N) by his waist slowly rising his chin up as he kept crying. Snot and tears were running down his face taking my thumb I slowly brushed his eyes dry.
Male Reader - I love you *sobs* I'll always love you!!!
Balan POV - My heart began to feel light and warm suprised at myself feeling the pain begin to fade away. It shocked me not feeling any discomfort was something I've craved for years now...I've finally felt like I was in control of myself again.
Balan - (Y/N) *whispers*
Male Reader - *Sobs* I promise to treat you with more love I-*gasps*
Male Reader POV - Balan suddenly kissed me hard causing me to blush tears continued to stream down my cheeks. I slowly wrapped my arms around his neck feeling his hands wrap around my waist holding me close deepening the kiss.

Balan POV - We soon broke away panting seeing how upset (Y/N) was brushing his bangs out of his face.
Balan - It's been so long since you've expressed such emotions towards me
Male Reader - I-I know *sniffles* I'm so sorry
Balan POV - Before I could respond their was a chuckle looking over was Reala giving a smirk.
Reala - Such a disgusting sight *smiles*
Balan POV - I held (Y/N) protectively seeing him hide his face in my chest whimpering.
Balan - Shh it's alright love I'm here...I'm truly here now
Male Reader POV - It's been such a long time since Balan held me like this to say words in a way that would provide me with such comfort and reassurance. Did expressing myself reminding him of our love really brings him back to his senses? Looking up I observed his face seeing no signs of pain or discomfort causing me to smile alittle sighing in relief. Yes I was happy that Balan was finally healing but sad and angry with myself that it took so long just to find out that this problem was such a simple solution an easy fix.
Male Reader - R-Reala please let us help you *frowns*
Reala - Help? *laughs* What help would you offer me?!
Male Reader POV - Looking over I saw Jackal getting up limping over to me and Balan seeing blood drip down his forhead.
Male Reader - Jackal *frowns* you need to go back to Nights and rest! You need to heal!
Jackal - ....
Male Reader POV - He gave me a worried look shaking his head side to side (No) causing me to sigh.
Male Reader - I understand you're worried but Balan he's...himself again
Jackal - Dangerous! dangerous!!

Male Reader POV - Before I could finish my sentence he got shot with another black ball of energy as he fell back on the ground coughing up blood.
Male Reader - JACKAL!!! NO!!
Balan - *Wide eyes*....
Male Reader POV - I looked back at Reala angrily trying to get out of Balan's hold only for his grip to tighten on me.
Male Reader - How could you!? You hurt Jackal!! Why?! WHY?!?! *Sobs*
Male Reader POV - I realized the way Reala was acting that smile on his face it made me think maybe he was to far gone? He wasn't like Balan at all not a shred of remorse or empathy!.....maybe Reala didn't want to be brought back into the light? That was a strong possibility.....
