It was a rainy day, gloomy as ever. Little Bertha went to look around to see if there was anything interesting. In the corner of her bed lied Huggy Wuggy. His blue hair and beautiful smile instantly made Bertha brighten up. She went over to pick up Huggy Wuggy. He was so life-like. As if she was holding a real creature.

Going near the window, she picked up her bows to place it on Huggy Wuggy's head. The bright pink bow made him look like cotton candy. She let out a giggle. Placing him down to pick up her other dolls spare clothes. That way she can dress him up. He looked so pretty. The light purple dress complimented the bow, as well as, his beautiful blue hair.

When she looked back at his eyes, she noticed they blinked. Her eyes widened. Then his smile dropped a little. She then became sad. Wondering what was making him not happy anymore. She thought to herself "was the dress too much?" She then asked if he wanted the dress off, the smile went back. Taking the dress off, she noticed that the eyes blinked more often now.

Bertha was confused, but glad she has a friend. This time, definitly not a doll. They spent every second together. Her mom then called her for dinner. She saw Huggy Wuggy became sad, which also made her sad. So, she took him along with her. Bringing that beautiful smile back.

That night, she made sure to cuddle Huggy Wuggy. The next morning, she noticed he was gone. She rushed out of bed to ask her parents where Huggy Wuggy went. They also had no clue. She then went to search her room. She then found Huggy Wuggy in the closet. His bright smile still on his face. Picking him up, she said "Don't scare me like that again. You're my one and only friend."

As she hugged her precious Huggy Wuggy, she felt him hug back. They knew they were going to be best friends for the rest of Bertha's life. Never to be separated again.
