Cyborg woke up to his wife staring him in the face. That was scary... "Hey, babe?"

She ignored the fear on his features and in his voice. "Today's the day."

"What day?"

She sat back. "Marcy and Mari are getting in with their families."

"Oh yeah." He vaguely remembered that.

"We're going to have so much fun this weekend and the kids will love each other."

"Mal's cool."

She giggled and hugged him before throwing back the sheets so she could find a great outfit to wow her friends, both her and the children.

He eyed her in fear. Then wondered; did she ever get that happy to see him?

Bumble Bee adjusted her black dress. It was short and formfitting but not severe nor inappropriate.

Calvin pulled at the hem. "Mommy, are you okay?"

"Yeah. Are you okay?" She looked down at him briefly.

"Yeah! I get to see Rye again!"

Bumble Bee smirked at his crush on Marcy's four year old. They'd gone to see Marcy's family during Valentine's Day in Ireland at their castle and the two had been inseparable.

"Calli." Marco piped up.

"You only like her cuz she's got your eyes." Bumble Bee teased.

Marco giggled.

Aisling wanted to contribute so she made noises, too.

Bumble Bee picked her up and adjusted her matching baby dress. "Come on. It's time to go eat."

"She's so excited." Cyborg told his friends.

"She's only seen them a handful of times." Changeling shrugged as he turned the socket wrench in his hand. "I know how excited I get to go back to my village."

"I never get excited to go back to Gotham." Nightwing wondered what that meant.

Kid Flash snickered. "I didn't really form an attachment to where I was born. I didn't have a lot of friends. There's really nobody there I miss. I kinda wish I did."

"It's the best." Changeling swore.

"Yeah. Rub it in." Nightwing grinned.

The guys chuckled.

"Seriously though, you get to know more about your wife through these people. Like when we first went to Tamaran. Seeing her in her natural element? It's a good thing."

Cyborg nodded resolutely. "At the very least, I can pick Marcy's brain about cars."

"I wonder if she has a motorcycle?"

Bumble Bee was in the common room with the women and children when the doorbell rang. She perked up, knowing it was her best friends. "They're here!"

"Yay!" Calvin cheered, Marco echoing him.

"Can you hold her?" Bumble Bee gave Aisling to Starfire and leapt up.

Starfire juggled Aisling and Mar'i. "Oh and the kay, friend but-"

Bumble Bee was already gone.

"I'm jealous again." Jinx folded her arms.
