Katarina woke up feeling uneasy, as she found herself laying on the bed. she scanned around the place then suddenly realized that shes in a hospital as she looked down to her hand, she saw a dextrose and a needle in her hand.

Right...

She gently holds her chest while trying to recall everything that exactly what happened. She smiled as she remembers, the three of them was having an amusement moment together, Katarina's hilarious speeches that provides Jewel into laughter.

Just by thinking about Jewel made Katarina smile., suddenly the door opened revealing her mother holding a bag of food.

"Kat!" Mina shouted as she aproach her daughter. She placed the food aside and then she embrace Katarina.

"I got scared... i thought im going to lose you!" Katarina smiled weakly before responding. "Im ok mom" she said as she hugged back.

"Are you sure? Is there anything hurt? Tell me if there's something hurts ok?" Kat smiled and nodded as a reply.

Mina sighs before sitting besides Katarina's bed. She searched for Katarina's hands under the bedding. She held her daughter hands.

"I heard that you dont want Jewel to learn about your condition" Kat looked at her mother with an unfamiliar expression on her face.

"I don't know mom.. mas mabuti na siguro na wag nyang malaman"

Mina smiled. She began to play her daughters hands gently.

"I also heard the reason why you dont want to tell her.. and its ok"

"But i think its better to tell her, it seems like she cares about you." Katarina began to think, is it worth it to tell her?

Kat just smiled at her mom and nodded, doesn't know what to reply.

Mina smiled back as she caress her daughter's cheeks. "I'm sorry, im not going to stay here for long. I have an important business trip to attend, but I'll be sending your aunt Dahyun to take care of you".

"It's ok mom i understand" Mina cares Kat's hair and then kissed her forehead. "Katarina, please be careful next time. "
