"...but anyway, how was your weekend?" you asked your boyfriend after finishing your small story over facetime

"Fine" He replied. You rolled your eyes out of the camera, knowing he wasn't paying attention to you. You've wanted to break up with him for months because he was always cheating on you with the popular girl from your rival school.

He didn't know that you knew everything, so you didn't tell him, but you waited for the right time.

"Are you even listening to me?" You ask through the phone

"Yeah sure" He replies flatly

He was playing his video games, you never minded video games, often times you would play with him. But it was way worse when he was so into the game that he acted like he didn't care for you at all.

"Hey, bf/n?" You begun

"What?" He said sternly, you hesitated, you were a bit scared of him. He had previously been called out for being abusive to his exes, so telling him you wanted this to be over was scary

You heard banging and thumping from upstairs, your brother and his friend were over. His friend happened to be your enemy, but he also happened to be your crush.

You had lost feelings for bf/n a long time ago, then you fell for h/n and you didn't know what to do

"OH MY GOD SHUT UP!" You yell up at them. You hear the thumping stop, you sigh out of relief.

Forgetting about the question, you sit in silence reading a book, when your door swings open, you don't care enough to turn around

"Y/n" you hear a dark voice behind you, an annoying but hot one

"H/n what are you doing in my room?"  You stand up to shove him out

"I came to see you, love" He replies

"Eww don't call me love" you spit at him

"Dude, watch it, she's mine" your boyfriend says

"Not anymore. See, she knows about you cheating on her, she knows you are abusive to your exes. She doesn't like you anymore" H/n says in some cocky way

"So? That doesn't have anything to do with you anymore, she's mine" h/n smirks at bf/n now who was now your ex

You were speechless, either h/n was defending you because he was doing an act of kindness, or he really meant all of that. You hoped it was the 2nd option

"Prove it" bf/n says

Instantly, h/n grabs you by the waist with one hand and the other holding your face. He pushes his lips into yours, causing you to gasp a little. Slowly, you fade into the kiss, realizing this is what you wanted.

Bf/n was silent. When the kiss was over, he ended the facetime call.

"Guess I pissed him off" h/n says

"Thanks for putting on the act for me, you didn't have to do that" you mutter

"That wasn't an act" h/n smirks before kissing your forehead then leaving to go back with your brother.

"Holy shit" you whisper to yourself.

Soon after your brother peeps through the door and says

"If you're gonna kiss my friends, do it on your own time" He laughs at you before leaving
