Patient Love- Bruno Madrigal

The party

*time skip to the after party*
Y/n pov:
Bruno twirls me around the dance floor as people dance and move around us, we haven't had a moment this perfect in a long time and it felt amazing. We both continue to dance to our hearts content until we hear the music being turned down by someone.
" ok everyone get ready for the bouquet toss!" Tia Julieta pipes up excitedly and everyone huddled around each other, eager to catch it. I stand near the front of the crowd to join in the fun when I see Dolores darting her eyes around the room until she locks them with mine. She smiles slightly before slowly walking towards me, holding the bouquet tightly in her hands. When Dolores reaches me she hands me the bouquet and I give her a look of confusion before she spins me around slowly to reveal a sight that left me speechless.
Bruno was kneeling down in front of me, a box with a ring in his hand and his eyes gazing into mine. Tears start to appear in the corner of my eyes and I hear Bruno start talking
"Y/n, the moment you appeared in my life I knew that you were special. Your kind, have a great sense of humour, your smile is contagious and your the most beautiful person I've ever seen. We've been together for a while now so why not make it for eternity instead. Y/n, will you marry me?" I continue to stare into his eyes trying to read his emotions but could only manage to read one, pure love. I nod my head slightly before answering
"Yes Bruno I would love to marry you" I hear him sigh of relief before getting back onto his feet and I fling my arms around him embracing him into a hug. I feel Bruno wrap his arms around my waist before we break apart slightly so we can peck each other on the lips. We hear everyone around us clap and cheer which makes us both exchange a wide grin with each other.
"You were part of this?" I question Dolores while pulling away from Bruno, still holding onto his hand.
"Of course! Why waste a perfect proposal opportunity!" Dolores squeals excitedly and I laugh
"Thank you Dolores" I smile and she gives me a tight squeeze.
"I'm gonna have another sister!" I hear Antonio say next to me which causes an eruption of laugher around the room
"And I'm gonna have the best brother" I reply while ruffling his hair slightly and he giggles. I look back to see Bruno staring at me with a smile spread on his face,
"I love you Querida"
"I love you too Mi amor"

Soooo, I know I haven't posted in a while but I'm sorry. I've had a lot of unfortunate drama happen but it's getting better :)
