┏━━━━━━━━━┓ september 26𝙩𝙝 𝙏𝙊𝙆𝙔𝙊, 𝙅𝘼𝙋𝘼𝙉 7:30 𝙥.𝙢 ┗━━━━━━━━━┛
ˏˋ°•*⁀➷ "You guys look so good tonight" The girl who was taking me and Y/n picture said with the glitter curtains behind us, "Thank you so much" Y/n said taking the photo booth print-like strip from her hand.
She was looking at them in her hand and all I could do was just stand besides her and smile looking at the both of us having a great time and the night just got started. Y/n looked absolutely beautiful in the dress she was wearing and her hair complemented everything about her.
"I'm gonna put these in my purse so they don't get lost" She said and I agreed before leading her through the dance floor to get drinks, with purple neon lights everywhere, glitter strings, and lots of balloons.
The homecoming venue was really nice it was big enough for lots of people to fit in and not be so hot and overly crowded, the nice part about it is that it's carried on outside where more people were having fun.
Walking over to the drink table I asked her what she wanted and of course she chose her favorite one and so did I, "Hey Bokutoooo" Konoha yelling towards me with a big smile on his face, "Konohaaaaa" I said back dragging out the ends of letters likes he did mines.
"Did you ask her already" " No I'm not gonna do it now maybe later" I said with nervousness in my stomach but my cheeks flushed red, making sure Y/n dosent hear. "Okay I'm counting on you" He raised his eyebrow and fist bumped me which I did back.
He left but not before completing Y/n and me, talking and laughing with each other I realized I hadn't even danced with her which is kinda like the whole point of homecoming, plus a nice tempo beat was playing so I took the opportunity.
"You look really handsome tonight" She said out of nowhere which really took me back because I wasn't expecting that, "Is it because of the suit?" I asked jokingly and she agreed while laughing.
"Do you wanna go and dance?" I asked without hesitation and going straight for it which she happily took the offer, she hooked onto my arm and in the middle of the dance floor I saw all of our mutual friends together so we stayed close by them.
With my hands in the pants of my suit looking up in the sky with the nice weather, great breeze flowing by, and still feeling the beat of the music through the walls and floors, this is definitely another night to remember I thought to myself—especially with what I had planned. "The stars look so beautiful" I said in a calming tone hearing an agreeing hum from Y/n next to me.
Alright it's time
"Do you mind waiting here for a couple of seconds I have to do something" I asked Y/n having an approval nod from her I started walking to where I had park my car earlier knowing that what I'm about to do next is going to change my life.
Opening up the backseat and grabbing every single thing needed for this to work out, closing and locking the door with a single hand with my other filled with some things.
Good thing is that we were on one of the patios outside that me and Y/n had to ourselves.
A teddy bear, flowers, mini cake in her favorite flavor, and last but not least— a bag in her favorite color, filled with a photo album some pages filled already the rest ready to filled—along with her favorite snacks, favorite movies on DVD, and gift cards to her favorite places.
Seeing her head turn to look at me while walking up to her, mouth opened and eyes in shocked and disbelief, "Will you make me the happiest boy in the world and be my girlfriend?"
"Oh Bokuto" She said her eyes getting watery and her shaking her head yes accepting the flowers and teddy bears giving us both room for a big warm hug.
"Everything that you've don't for me is so nice" she said in the hug.
A hug that seemed to good to be true, a tear falling down my face, tears of happiness with my heart beating rapidly fast, and my inner self hyping me up, " I'm so glad I can finally call you my boyfriend" She pulled back but still in embrace with each other with a big smile on her face.
"I'm so I glad that I can call you my girlfriend" I happily said with a soft smile on my face, closing my eyes and leaning in for a kiss that she gladly participated in. A couple of nice soft french kisses with a little bit of tongue.
