CHAPTER FIVE

Ranboo's POV:

Sadly, later came.

I really didn't want it to, but it did. There was something about Toizer that sets me off. Any time anyone looks at me, actually. I get- angrier than I usually am. (there was a ; here but my friend informed me it's not how u use ; so i changed it)

"Settle down, Ranboo," Tubbo bumped my shoulder.

Tubbo, Tommy, and I were slowly and cautiously making our way down to the main lobby to get some food. I held tightly onto Tubbo's hand as I stared intently at the floor.

Tommy whispered to Tubbo, although I could hear," What if he gets all- 'rwahhh!' on Hannah and Toizer again?"

"Ranboo is the one keeping us safe, mind you. He's like our metal detector except for danger. Danger detector. Our secret weapon, if you will," Tubbo responded in the same hushed tone.

We stopped at the lobby and saw some people we didn't recognize sitting at the small tables. The windows were boarded up, I'm assuming to keep zombies outside. There were some faint blood stains on the carpet and dirt rooted into the hardwood floors.

I cringed.

How long have these people been here...?

We got some cereal that was offered to us as well as waffles. We've learned that my metabolism is way faster than a normal human, probably because I need lots of energy to teleport.

The person known as Aimsey showed up at our table as we were very busy stuffing our faces. "Hey! I saw you guys walk in and decided I should introduce myself," She spoke kindly.

Tommy was the first to talk, still with his mouth full," And who's that? Didn't we see you with Hannah when we met you guys in the forest?"

"Oh! Yeah, that was me. I'm Aimsey! If you guys ever need any help with anything then let me know, i've been here for a while," She nodded and held out their hand.

(my friend informed me that aimsey uses all pronouns so i'm also gonna use he/him too and not just she/they btw🥰 because aimsey is kinda fem and stuff i only see ppl using she/they so i was unaware about the 'all' BUT THANKS FRIEND U KNOW WHO U ARE)

Tommy took their pointer finger and shook it with his thumb and pointer finger. (like this👉🤏 cuz idk how to explain it i'm tired) "Well, i'm Tommy, that's Tubbo," He pointed to Tubbo then to me. "And that's Ranboo."

"Nice to formally meet you all!" Aimsey happily nodded.

"Nice to formally meet you too, Aimsey," Tubbo swallowed his food.

"How long have you been here?" I asked.

"About a year and a half maybe, not as long as some of these people," He gestured to the figures around.

"Has anything happened while you were here? Like zombies getting in at all?" Tubbo curiously raised his eyebrow.

"Uhmm.. Nothing recently. A long while back some zombies got in the hotel from someone leaving the front doors unlocked. This was back before we upgraded our lock system at least," She explained.

"Was anyone hurt?" My voice was sympathetic.

"Nope! Hannah got everyone to evacuate to their rooms while they dealt with it," She nodded.
