~Haven's POV~
After class today Nate and i have our first official date. I was standing in front of my full length mirror with my roommate, Amber behind me on my bed. "Wear that one. It's cute." She said and i nodded. I hung the dress on the hook behind the bathroom door. I took a quick shower and got dressed. I wore a strappy black dress and a pair of strappy black wedges. After my was dried i decided to ask Amber to do my hair and makeup. Amber agreed and she curled my hair and done a natural makeup look. As soon as Amber finished my makeup, the door bell rang. Amber went to get the door as i got my phone. "Hey girl, ready?" Nate asked and i nodded. We walked out of the house and to his car. Once at the resturant, i saw Adriana Lara. She used to bully me in high school. "I'll be right back." I said going to the bathroom.
~Nate's POV~
"Nate?" I heard a felmale say. I looked behind me nad saw my ex, Adriana. "Hey Adriana." I said. "So are you here with Haven?" She asked and i nodded. "Can i tell you something?" She said and i shrugged. "Haven wasn't almost raped 'by chance' she paid those guys." She said and my smile faded. "What?" I asked. "The night you 'saved' her, she didn't want to be saved. She paid those guys to have sex with her." Adriana said and i felt my entire body fill with anger. Haven played me. "I've said to much already.. Bye now." She said getting up to leave. "Bye." I mumbled.
~Haven's POV~
I walked out of the bathroom after drying my hands. I saw Adriana leaving the table Nate and i were sitting at. I walked back to the table and grabbed my phone and jacket. Nate stood up and we left the resturant. "Thanks for tonight Nate." I said. Nate just stayed quiet. "Nate what's wrong?" I asked. He looked at me. "You wanna know what's wrong with me? You've been playing me." He snapped. "What?" I asked in disbelief. "You paid those bikers. Then you played it off like it was attempted rape. You played me, and your brother." He said turning the car off. "Nate is that what Adriana told you?" He looked at me. "Yeah why?" I rolled my eyes. "Nate you did just get played. But not by me. She just lied to your face." I said getting out of the car. "Haven wait!" Nate said running up to my front door. I turned to look at him but instead he kissed me. "Be my girlfriend?" Nate said after we pulled away. I nodded and smiled. "Of course." I said. He was finally mine.
