"Good morning everyone!"
Everyone in his office stared at James as he entered. As if they saw someone who was long gone. Neatly dressed, shaven and had emitted am aura of freshness, he mesmerized everyone and went directly to his boss' room.
"Good morning, Sir!"
"James! Where was the report..."
"Here it is, Sir. Complete in a presentation burned in this CD ready to blow your clients of their feet," James quickly disrupted his boss.
"What have you gone into? You look normal again," his boss replied.
"Just woke up from a terrible nightmare."
"Good for you. Good for me. And for the clients. Welcome back, James."
James smiled and left his boss' office room and went straight top his cubicle.
As he reached his cubicle, he messaged someone on his cellphone.
From James:
Hey Kate!
From Kate:
Hello.
From James:
Are you free today?
From Kate:
Why?
From James:
Nothing much. I just got some errand to do and I would like to bring you along.
From Kate:
Uhhhmmm... I still have a few things to tend to, you know...
From James:
The wedding? C'mon, it's only one day. Your fiancé shouldn't worry. For old time's sake?
From Kate:
Okay. What time?
From James:
I'll pick you up before lunch.
From Kate:
Okay.
From James:
'Til then, bye.
Kate seemed confused after their conversation. She haven't had any news from him for some time. And that she just changed her number a few days ago.
