Izuku is sat next to his sibling's and his mom the green haired sister was Izuma while the other blonde haired sister was Izumi then we have a boy with a blond shade of hair with a green accent named Kuro they were quadruplets but unlike them who had hair colour similar to their parents Izuku had black hair though his parents treated him like the others,things would change this very day his life,his friends all because of a simple trip to the doctors

Doctor:"Good day to you Miss Yagi I see your here for an ability checkup for your quadruplets." Inko:"Yes doctor."she said as she brought them inside the office as she sat down with them Doctor:"Ok who's first."as soon as he said that all the twins screamed except for Izuku who just said Izuku:"Kuro let the girls go first they are younger than us."he said as the doctor nodded as Kuro sighed Kuro:"Fine you two can go first."she said as Izumi jumped up and down in excitement while Izuma was hugging Izuku to thank him for letting them go first Izuma:"Thanks onii-chan."just to clarify Izuku is the second oldest while Kuro is the oldest while Izuma is the youngest making Izumi the third oldest carrying on Izuku just smiled at her and said this Izuku:"It's what families for taking care of each other."we skip Izumi and Izuma both had quirks them being telekinesis and gravity manipulation while Kuro had a strength enhancement quirk.Now it was time for Izuku's turn as the doctor touched his forehead only for him to see Izuku had a quirk but it was dormant Doctor:"Well ma'am Young Izuku here does have a quirk but it's dormant and could never awaken so in conclusion he is basically quirkless." Izuku just sat there in silence at the revelation of this news he then looked at his mom who was still praising his other siblings as he saw Izuma who left the embrace and came to comfort him Izuku:"What are you doing here you should be enjoying yourself by mom."he said as she just hugged him tighter Izuma:"No your upset at the news of your quirk I won't stop till you feel better and feel happy again."she said as he smiled Izuku:"Thanks Sis."He said breaking the hug Izuma:"It's as you said,It's what families for they take care of each other."he said as he smiled brighter

Izuku:"Yeah your right let's go before mom leaves us"they then left as the doctor looked at the boy Doctor:"Boy if you manage to unlock your quirk and reawaken you will be the strongest I can tell from the figure I saw inside of you."he said as he got chills as he remembers the figure from when he looked at his quirk
