Superwoman - Between Bodybuilders

One Wednesday at the Metropolis gym, there was a women's bodybuilding show where all female bodybuilders competed to showcase their skills.

Coincidentally, Louis and Clara were assigned by Perry to do news coverage of the race.

"Yeah thanks a million, Perry. This is such a great place to do some coverage." said Louis with a smile. Louis was wearing a light blue shirt while his suit was placed on his shoulders.

"Come on, Louis. Don't be such a pervert. Focus on your duty." said Clara Kent as she scolded Louis. Clara was wearing a light green blouse with yellow jacket and dark brown long skirt, glasses and necktie on.

"Yeah Clara being Clara. You're just jealous because you're not as attractive as they are, right?" taunts Louis

"Yeah, Louis whatever" said Clara Kent

[Calm down Clara. These human bodies are certainly no better than your body as a Kryptonian woman] Clara said to herself.

In one session, a female bodybuilder appeared on stage, doing various interesting poses while showing off her great physical figure, and her quite ample chest. The male audience is shouting and cheering

"Wow,,,, such great body and skin" Louis commented, a little awkward

"Shut it Louis, I bet you're focusing on her big breasts right now." Clara quips Louis

"Damn it, Clara. No way. I'm focusing on my duty now" said Louis trying to dodge it

"I think it's you, who don't have any big assets and great, jealous hers" Louis countered Clara

[Hell no. Mine are clearly bigger] Clara said to herself, trying to hide her pride

In another session, the female bodybuilders competed in weightlifting. A bodybuilder who is quite muscular and tall managed to lift a 200 kg of barbell, followed by cheers and applause from the audience.

"Wow, that woman is very strong. I don't want to deal with a woman like her" said Louis amazed

[Yeah I can lift 100 times heavier with my only pinky] said Clara again to herself

"If I had the body and strength of Superwoman, I would easily win this race, Louis" said Clara, trying to trigger Louis

"Don't try to dream, farmgirl. A geeky clothed and frail-figured woman like you will never be able to match Superwoman. Ha ha ha" Louis laughed again

[Whatever Louis] Clara said to herself, smiling proudly.

In the middle of that race, Clara's super hearing caught a strange sound like metal scraping

[Huh, what is that?] Clara thought to herself before she tossed the hair on her left ear, utilizing her super hearing even more. The sound grew louder and faster.

Clara then quietly lowered her thick-framed glasses, her crystal blue eyes clearly evident, and used her super vision towards the source of the strange sound.

"Well let's see what happened.......Great Scott" said Clara, her super vision still active, when she saw a large heavy statue of the Goddess Athena hanging from the gym's ceiling. The statue of the Goddess Athena was large and weighed very heavy, almost reaching a ton, and was used as a decoration and ornament for the sports hall.

Apparently, a chain that binds and holds the giant statue began to rust and peel off, slowly started to shift and fall. Clara saw all of these with her super vision.

"The statue's going down. I must act now and get away from Louis" said Clara.
