Izuku was nearly asleep, his head falling as he sat on a barstool at the counter.

He was no longer by the register, he was where the customers were meant to sit.
A few hours ago he had glimpsed the building he saw a few nights ago that happened to be open and ready for business.

He sighed. This means no tips.

And no tips means no goddamn bank.

No bills.

No paycheck.

No meals..?

Now he was just overthinking it, yeah. He rubbed his eyes with his palms before standing up and looking at the restaurant.

It was busy as hell, people were lined up down the road as well. This made him furious. How could someone just swoop in like this?!

He looked over at a coworker he hadn't seen before. He knew they were a coworker due to the apron they had around their waist.

They looked up at him and raised an eyebrow, "You work here?" He asked.

Izuku just sadly nodded.

"Jesus, I wish you the best of luck," He says while taking the apron off and leaving the store to head across the street.

What was all of the hype about? Was it that good?

Now he was curious...

...

Before he knew it, the sky was dark and he saw a dual-colored male across the road. He squinted, trying to get a better look at him, seeing if it was someone he knew that had come back to haunt him.

However, a tall figure blocked his vision.

"Are you guys still..." He paused at gazed at the familiar male in front of him. "Deku, what the hell?!"

Izuku nearly flew from his seat, "Aha, heyy..." He trailed off.
Katsuki was just wide-eyed, shocked about why he was working at such a shitty place that had a terrible environment.

"....You look the same, that's fucking weird."

"Hey!" Deku groans before standing up from the stool. His back ached from being there all day, "That's not very nice."

"How?"

"It just isn't!"

Katsuki grinned, "I see you forgot how much of a bitch I can be, huh?" He say down and settled on the stool. "Besides, I'm not here for you. I'm here for a hot chocolate."

Izuku's eyes perk up, "...Kirishima."

"What the hell are you on about now?! Just get me a stupid drink. Also, why do you have the heat up to fucking high?"

As Deku walked behind the counter, he was in a complete daze, as if he were about to pass out from exhaustion.

Katsuki watched him closely. Deku was as white as a ghost, he did not look good at all.

However, he looked over at him and Katsuki looked away. He was worried about what happened.

He stood up and went over to the thermostat by the door and turned it down to a reasonable temperature to save the greenette some slack.

He sat back down and began to drink the freshly given hot chocolate, "How come you're here and not across the street?" He begged the shorter male.

He hadn't grown an inch since he had last seen him. "I really don't know, thanks for the remarkable topic, Kacchan!" He glared. Katsuki rolled his eyes before standing up from the barstool.

"Well, I'm going home."

"Bye, I guess..."

Izuku watched the blonde leave in a rush. That was the last person he had expected to see today.
