Chapter 29: War

"Jin hyung!!!" Jungkook shouted running downstairs where Jin and Namjoon are on the couch making out. "What?!!"

"You two are dating?" Jungkook asked with a question mark visible on his face. "No." They said in unison. "Ah, whatever. I saw something new." "Tell me," Jin asked and Jungkook's eyes began to turn purple.

"Blood, a body... The dream's changing.." 

"What? Your dreams can change midway?" Jin asked.

"Well.. no.. not what I know of... Hyung, the dream is getting uglier by the minute." 

Jin started to panic, "How ugly?"

"I can see....blood, a body which the figure looks like Hayeon and guys standing over her."

"Does anyone one of them look familiar?"

"No...It's not one of us standing there...It looks like younger vampires."  Jungkook said before his eyes turned back to normal.

"Younger vampires??" Jin inquired." Namjoon, get your butt back over here." Jin said without looking to where Namjoon was, knowing that Namjoon was in the fridge. "Hyung, how'd you know?"

"I'm the oldest here, of course, I'd know your habits by heart. Anyways, Jungkook said there's a younger vampire clan standing over a bloody body, from your research are there any abnormalities?"

"There is one. I talked to some other clans that recently came out that there was one group that was changed by one of them that knew the rest...." Namjoon said before getting up and grabbing a soda can; filled with blood. "What's his name?" 

"Park Sunghoon."

Taehyung's POV

I walked through the forest, getting a weak scent that smells like Hayeon so I followed it. I reached a small forest, I touched it, and I scoffed, it was fake. I pulled it away to reveal a penthouse, I slowly walked closer to see some guys in the house. I slightly hear what they were saying but it sounded a little muffled...I started to draw closer when I stepped on a twig making the guys in the house turn in the direction of the sound. I assumed their newborn since they don't know how to control their hearing powers.

Author's POV

The boys gathered downstairs knowing that Bangtan would soon come, much less Taehyung. 

"So what are we gonna do?" Jake asked sitting down on the kitchen island. "We'll kill her. That's the only way." Ni-ki said before biting into an apple. "You know you're not supposed to eat that right, and why would we kill her? She looks so cute sometimes." Heeseung said. "Oh, so you like her. Hm?" Ni-ki said to tease Heeseung before Heeseung could answer they heard the breaking of a twig. "Yall hear that right?"

"Mhm. Jay check on the girl. Jake and Sunoo, check on what's going on outside. The rest will guard from in here." Jungwon said and everyone nods. 

Jake and Sunoo walk outside and hear a low breathing, "Whoever is hiding is extremely bad at it." 

"He's not bad at it. He just wants to be heard and seen." Jake responds to Sunoo who looks like he saw the person behind the bushes slightly peeking up at them. "Come out, spy." 

Taehyung lowly chuckled before standing up properly and walking towards the two, "Well, I didn't expect to be found out soon." Ni-ki exited the house waking up to the three, letting out a scoff, "Of course, you would be spotted out. You weren't hiding good enough." Taehyung let out a forced laugh before his smile shrunk and turned into a scowl, "Where's Hayeon?" 

"Aww, you want to speak with your sweet baby. Well, see her here, speak to her." Ni-ki said before Jay brought out her body, covered in blood. Blood running down her neck and arms dripped onto the ground. Taehyung felt a rush of lust rushing up his throat. "G-Get her away from me, please." Taehyung pleaded in a soft voice making Ni-Ki laugh, "Damn, it wasn't a match made in heaven. My cousins told me this is who you are Taehyung, just a manipulator and uses women for blood then flings them away like rag dolls and what's even sadder is that, what you did, you also did it with a friend of mine. You made blood lust get to you and you killed her just because she cheated with another vampire."

"H-How do you know all these things?" Taehyung asked. "Before I turned a vampire, I knew a lot, especially with the vampire world." And with that Taehyung lunged at Ni-ki almost killing him but the others came and tried to help Ni-Ki but the situation even got more uglier. Ni-ki launched back at Taehyung, tackling him to the floor, punching Taehyung in the face as Hayeon started to draw closer to her last breath. As Taehyung got one more blow, Hayeon slowly crawled to them, "Stop. Please stop." She whispered, doesn't have enough strength to shout, Hayeon grabbed Taehyung's writs which was peeping out from all the commotion happening. "Stop, please." Blood started to come out of her mouth, Taehyung saw this and pushed off the guys that were on him. He held her close, "Baby, you can't leave me.. I can't do this." Tears start to run from Taehyung's eyes. Hayeon weakly smiled at him, "Don't worry, I won't leave. I love you from the bottom of my heart, Taehyung. Remember that." Hayeon smiled one last time before her eyes closed and her breathing stopped. Tears gushed out of Taehyung's eyes quicker and faster than before and tats when the guys knew they messed up big time. Taehyung was about to launch at them to kill them but the rest of Bangtan arrived.

"Bring her home, now." Jin instructed to Jimin before everyone got into a duel between each other; Jungkook dealing with two and everyone dealing with one. When the battle came to an end,  there was blood leaking all over the ground. Bangtan walked away knowing that they'll never be able to resurface back ever again.

When they got back Taehyung immediately went into the medical wing to see Hayeon's cold body lying there. "Hyung we have to do something." Taehyung enuicated grabbing Jin's sleeve. "Everyone wait outside. Taehyung stay."
