Chapter 3

Mikasa's POV

Today, I'm missing a big part of my life.

I'm Mikasa, Mikasa Ackerman. I'm Eren's adopted sister. We've been together since childhood. My parents were murdered by people that I've never heard of nor seen. But now I live in the Jaeger household. Eren's father- my stepdad now- said that Eren skipped school yesterday because he was sick. I went through the whole school day, worrying about him, but when I got home, he wasn't there.

I asked Father again, and he said that he went to a friend's house. He must be as confused as I am, because he sweated like crazy. That means he wasn't really sick, and that he lied to me! I will get him back for this- Or thats what I thought at the time.

It's now 4:00pm, I just got home from school. Eren missed another day at school, to be with this 'friend'. I slamed open every door that I went through, until I reached the one with the sloppy sign that read: EREN.
"Eren!" I yelled and knocked on the door furiously.
Usually I would hear a groan, or "Mikasa go away!". But it was unusually silent. I waited a few more seconds after knocking a second time, and then I busted through the door. But, there was no Eren.

Where is he?!

I looked around the house, looking for Father, and I saw that the basement door was opened slightly. I started to walk to the door but then remembered that my Father said to not go into the basement. I usually didn't have a choice, since it's always locked anyway.
I started to turn around, but then I heard a small voice coming from the basement. What if it's Eren? What if his curiousity got the best of him and he went down in there! Maybe he's trapped?

I walked to the door, and mentally braced myself. When I stepped through the door, I big wind of chemicals hit my face. It smelt awful. I walked forward, ignoring the smell. I followed the voice and tried to listen.
"My plans... They were a success, but now he's gone. If I would have known he would have ran I would've locked him up!"
I heard pacing, of someone walking back and forth.
It was my Father's voice, and who was 'he'? Could it be Eren?

"I'll have to make it again. But I'll need a new test subject..."

What is he thinking?! He ruined Eren! I need to find my brother. I stood there in thought for a minute of places he could be, and then I ran to the door. Only for it to be slammed in my face.

"Hello Mikasa." A low voice grolwed at me, and I turned imediatly.

"Hello Father..." I answered, less confident than I usually am.
He looked at me histarically.
"Would you like to help your Daddy with something?"

Eren's POV

YAWN.

I stretched my arms in the air, and had an urge to stretch my small body and wiggle my butt in the air.
"...Cuuuute.." I heard a small gasp from beside the bed and saw Hanji staring at me with wide eyes.
"Hanji?" I called, loudly.
"Shhhh!" She shushed even louder making a certain someone groan beside me. I look down to see Levi with his head on both arms on the sheets where my body used to be. He had an adorable bed head and his nose was scrunched up.
"Don't wake sleeping beauty~" She whispered to me.

I tried to tiptoe off the bed to go to Hanji without waking this little man up, but I was stopped when I heard a small voice from behind me.
"..Don't leave again.." Levi pleaded softly in his sleep. It wasn't directed torwards me, but it really felt like it. I took a worried glace at Hanji who drooled and motioned for me to go back to Levi. I was just about to when I remembered where I was.

Oh yea! These people kidnapped me, while I was defenceless, and I was forced into bed with a small cat man! Does this make me gay? I'm snuggling with a man in a bed.
Oh well, I'll think about that later- Levi was actually really comfortable and I could use some more sleep. I snaked back down and snuggled myself onto Levi. He smelt like mint, and it was wonderful. I layed my head on the pillow, and pulled Levi closer until his head was on my chest. I felt myself pur uncontrolably. I couldn't stop it, but it was soothing when Levi started to pur as well.

I quickly fell asleep, hipnotized by the combined vibrations.

I hear voices. They were talking extremely loudly. And I am not a morning version. I felt like biting off the fingers of the people who were messing up my beauty sleep. I tried to snuggle into the pillow to block out the voices, but my cat ears still picked up the sound.

"What the hell is wrong with you!?"

"I just couldn't help myself!"

"Why did you take fucking pictures!"

"You two were just way too cute!"

"DELETE THEM NOW!"

"I'M PUTTING THESE ON MY BLOG~"

I wonder who these people are, and why they are in my room. I have to get up for school and wake up Mikasa- Oh. I keep forgetting that I'm in a different place now.
I quickly reconized the voices. The first one, was grumpy Levi. And the second being Hanji. I quietly stirr and open my big eyes to look at them angrily. I could tell I had a massive case of bed head, and I felt slightly embarassed for other people than my family see my hair this way.

"See, you woke the brat up!" Levi scoffed and looked at me. His usual emotionless face was now scrunched up- mad.
"Ooooh! Eren you look cute today. Oh what am I saying, you look cute everyday." Hanji laughed and grinned widely.
"Make me tea." Levi said, giving up on the subject.
Hanji saluted and ran out the door.

There was a small pause of silence, but then the shuffling and the sheets being pulled slightly to the side of the bed told me that Levi was trying to climb up on the bed with his small legs. He succeeded and walked on all fours forwards me.
"Goodmorning Lev-"
I was cut off by Levi licking my hair. It took me a moment to realise what was happening. I was currently having this small man- I've known for a day- make out with my hair- but then I remembered again that we were both part cat. I really need to remember what's going on..

It felt really good though. I lean into his touch and pur.
He stops suddenly with his tongue half-way out and stares at me. I feel a small blush apear on my face as he continues.

He's not as bad as I thought..

Ohh this is cute. I'm really getting into this. XD I'll be doing an update once a day- so look forward to tomorrow's~
