The next morning arrived, both girls were sleeping soundly until the sun shined through the window waking Madison who sat up on the bed stretching before getting out of bed reaching down to wake Carly. After a few minutes Carly woke up beginning to yawn before the two decided to get ready for school day; "Are you going to be ok after what happened yesterday? If you don't think so I'll tell the teacher that you were sick." Carly brushed her hair as she looked the direction of Madison who was getting dressed. "I'll be fine I just know that my father is probably still worried about me not coming home, but I can't face him after what he told me last night as of this moment, he's dead to me." Madison finished getting ready as she fixed her hair giving a stern look towards the door; we better get going before were late to class. Carly gave a small sigh before walking towards the door standing beside Madison as they walked out of the home heading towards the school as Madison casually looked at the diamond symbol before shaking her head trying to ignore everything inside her thoughts. The two entered the school yard quickly heading to their classrooms but were stopped in their tracks after running into a student who was in the hallway talking with a friend. Madison fell down looking up towards the one she had bumped into staring him in the eyes, her eyes grew wide as she looked into his eyes moving back some as he had reached down to help her up. "What's the matter are you hurt miss?" The boy asked as Madison quickly caught herself, standing on her own two feet answering the boy, "Yeah I'm fine sorry about running into you, it was an accident." Madison gave a small chuckle before moving around the boy and his group scurrying away to her classroom leaving Carly behind confused on why her friend acted like that. Class began shortly after both had entered the room; Carly took her seat up front giving quick looks every now and then back towards Madison who was busy staring at her books, suddenly the door to the class opened and in walked a student who nobody seemed to recognize taking his seat in an open desk on the back row across from Madison. The students began talking to the other around them as Madison looked up from her book turning to the boy seeing his eyes becoming speechless as a thought had crossed her mind quickly turning away feeling afraid before the teacher introduced the student. "Please everybody welcome Matthew, he just moved here from another country our had just made peace with so treat him with respect as if you known him your entire life, and he will need a guide to show him around do we have any volunteers?" The teacher looked around seeing the hands of multiple students going up, he shifted his head across the room calling out Madison, "Miss Madison you'll be the one who will escort Matthew for the time being." Madison looked towards the boy noticing his green eyes glowing brighter this time before looking towards the teacher nodding as the feeling of fear began to grow inside her more as the day went on.

The school day came to an end and within moments the boy Mattew was surrounded by students who were curious about things outside of their country, each one bombarded him with questions, thinking it was the right opportunity Madison stood up leaving the room, but seeing her leave Matthew stood up walking right passed the students following behind. "You know for a guide you aren't really a good one." Matthew spoke as he continued following Madison who stayed quiet leaving the school yard. Matthew quickly caught up walking side by side the girl who kept her head down not wanting to make eye contact as the two reached the school gate Madison stopped and took a big breath before beginning to speak. "Why... Why didn't you kill me back there in the woods when you had the chance?" Hearing her words Matthew looked over seeing the girl shaking before motioning her to follow, "If you want answer pretend to look like a normal human and follow me closely understood?" Madison was hesitant at first, but slowly began to follow closely as her mind began to race with thoughts unsure what was about to happen when they stopped their walk.

Thirty minutes pass with not a word spoken before Matthew stopped in front of an alley way, turning walking down the alley motioning for her to follow. Madison followed behind closely clenching her fists tightly as she feared for her life, thinking he had led her there to finish the job Madison gathered her courage and charged at the boy not realizing that her hand began to glow before the blade she had picked up appeared in her grip. Caught off guard by what she just did Matthew stood there taking the blade into his side, after coming back to her senses Madison stood there as Matthew leaned against her quietly whispering into her ear, "I didn't kill you because Isabella spoke very kind of you every time, we met up but seeing this counteracts what some of the things she mentioned."  Madison stood there loosening her grip on the blade causing it too slowly fade away back into her diamond marking as she began to cry hearing the words that came out of Matthews mouth as he fell down passing out.
