As all last days of school tension was that of winning team. Intense and loud of all kids hyped for the summer as it counted down on the clock. Ticking off 10,9,8,7 all the way to 1 as every door explodes open as kids fill the halls.
Oliver stay's seated as the hallways empty out in a flash and he leaves the classroom. He walks to his locker to grab his jacket. He walks out and looks out for his mom at the front. He sits for 6 minutes until his mom arrives. It was not hard to find her son in the ghost town of the school.
Oliver's mom asks "how was school?" As she takes a glance to seat next to her.
Oliver sits smiling towards the school as he responds "it was good.." as he sits in silence.
His mom expecting more asks wondering "what are you going to do this summer?" Oliver sits up pondering what he could do this summer. "This could be the year you start working you did want a computer" his mother told Oliver.
Oliver continued to think about it when he got home and came up with a decision at dinner.
"Mom I want a job..."
