{Levy's P.O.V} HAHA game changer!

I grip Gajeel's hand and squeeze them as another wave of pain crashed over me. I squirm and cry out, the pain absolutely unbearable.

What scared me the absolute most though, was if my babies were going to be okay. At this moment in time that's all I cared about. The contractions envelope me in sheer, unfathomable pain, and a scream rips through my already dry throat.

My breathing was labored, and It seemed as sweat tarnished my body. Between sweat and tears, my whole body was covered in an oily sheen. Gajeel was stiff beside me, his eyes wide with a sense of panic.

As the painful contraction slowly fades away, I gently squeeze Gajeel's hand, and he looks up to me with a somber expression. My chest heaves and it feels as if my body was giving up on me, though I still crack a weak smile for him.

"I-It's okay G-Gajeel. I Promise..." I pant, trying to offer him as much assurance as I could. His scarlet eyes bore into me, and they sure do look doubtful, though I must not dwell on his doubt.

I feel the pain growing, sensing another contraction. I gasp as the pain is far worse than any I've had, and it takes every ounce of self worth I have in my body to not scream bloody murder.

Porlyuscia (A/N: Idek how to spell it) clears her throat then caught my gaze. "Levy, is it? Are you ready?" She asks calmly.

I swallow a rough lump in my throat, then give one sharp nod.

This is the beginning.

{Gajeel's P.O.V}

Just by the look in her eyes, I know she was going through hell. I had never seen such fear in her eyes when Porlyuscia told her to push.

Her tiny, clammy hand was nestled in mine, her knuckle even whiter than usual for she had my hand in an almost painful grip.

If I had to count the most stressful an nerve wracking moments of my life, this would, without a doubt, be number one.

It killed me to watch her go through this, especially just a few nights before she had cried herself asleep because Lucy wouldn't be there to see the babies like she had done. I know we all missed bunny girl, but Levy seemed to take one of the hardest falls, next to that damn fire hazard.

"Okay Levy, you're doing great, just keep pushing." Porlyuscia says to Levy, and her precious brown eyes caught mine, and it made my heart ache to see how much stress she was under.

Levy's shrill scream echoes off of the walls, and It took a big amount of will power to not wince. I use my other hand and softly stroked her frazzled blue locks, though by her body language she probably didn't even notice.

On the other side of Levy was Wendy. Levy had completely forbidden a sixteen year old Wendy to come and have to properly care for one of the newborns until Porlyuscia could aid her. Though with convincing by Wendy, Levy finally allowed it.

Wendy stayed quiet the entire time, and there were even moments I had forgotten she was there, though she would always try to ease Levy's pain. Wendy had been promptly told by Shrimp when she first went into labor, to save her energy magic for the babies, and even though we all disagreed, the look on Levy's face said it all.

Levy digs her nails into the back of my hand and shrieks in agony, tears forming in the corners of her eyes and the droplets of saltwater streak down her face before disappearing into her hairline.

After Levy caught her breath, a tiny, weak cry filled the room. A tiny baby is handed off to Wendy, and the teen takes a shaky breath before carefully examining the little one.
