We open to shattered moon of Remnantilluminating a bar in a rundown part of Atlas. In this bar, we see a figure with grayish-blue hair drinking Fanta while writing something down.

???: It may be unethical but since I've never been able to get into a combat school, this is the only way to get into Beacon.
Then, the door to the bar slams open and a group of 4 faunus with white masks carrying weapons barge in.
WFM 1: And this is where the new base is meant to be. So we'll just set up and... Hey, who are you!? Hands in the air!
???: (sigh) I am the person who lives here. Get out. I won't ask again.
WFM 2: Oh please. This human is all talk. We can take him out.
???: As the mysterious man turns around, the WF members begin to get freaked out by the sight of a hand on his face. If you're so confident that you can kill me, please feel free to try.
The 4th WF member pulls out a katana and rushes towards the man, aiming a strike right to his heart. Suddenly, the hand man moves out the way and kicks the WF in his ribs which makes him fall.
The 1st WF member charges at him and lands an elbow right in his chest. The WF group think they have him until they here a cracking sound.
???: You shouldn't push yourself.
WFM 1: Aggghhhh.
???: You might just fall apart. Wouldn't that be a shame.?

It is revealed that ??? grabbed onto the WF member's elbow and it started to decay. The ??? reaches his right hand forward and grabs the WF member's face
???: You're done!
After killing WFM 1, ??? proceeds to kill the other WF memebers. When he has reached for the last one, the WF member asks before he is fully crumbled...
WFM 3: W-who a-a-ar-re y-you-u?
???: Shigaraki. Haiiro Shigaraki.
With the WF cleared out, Haiiro sends his letter to Beacon and then proceeds to talk to himself.
Haiiro: This is it Father. I'm doing what I dreamed of doing. And you are coming with me.
