Powder came back downstairs after a while with the sad look lingering on her face, walking over to her bed before laying down, looking at the bunny doll. (Y/N) walked over to her, sat down on the ground next to her and leaned against the wooden frame.

Both of them understood that neither of them really wanted to talk but she wanted someone to be with her. She smiled at (Y/N), glad to have him be with her as he watched Claggor and Mylo argue over their weapons.

The door to the basement suddenly opened as Vi rushed down the stairs with a panicked look on her face. Powder jumped out of her bed and ran towards Vi, embracing her big sister. "Oh, you're back!"

She looked up and saw her face, realising something was wrong. (Y/N) got up and walked over to the group as she reached for Vander's gauntlets, being stopped by Mylo as he grabbed her arm, "Hey. Those are Vander's. Slow down. What's going on?"

Vi: "Benzo's dead."

Claggor: "Dead...?"

Vi: "They took Vander."

Mylo: "Who took Vander?"

Vi: "I don't know. But I need to help him."

Mylo: "We're going with you."

Vi's breath was still shaky as she looked at the gauntlets, clenching her fist. "Whatever killed Benzo... was like nothing I've ever seen. It tore him apart..."

She sobbed lightly as (Y/N) embraced her, comforting her during these trying times. "You're not doing this alone, Vi." Claggor said, "He's our Father too." Mylo added.

(Y/N) releases her from the hug, allowing her to wipe her eyes, regaining her composure before grabbing a bag, storing the weapons in it. "Do we know where they took him?" Mylo asked.

Vi closes up the bag and begins walking out, "Ekko followed them. The old cannery next to the docks. He said..." Vi stopped in her tracks as she sees Powder with her equipment case, eager to help.

She sighed, "I need you to sit this one out Powder." she said as she walked over to Powder. "What?" Powder questioned, confused. "You're not coming."

Powder: "I'm not afraid."

Vi: "It's too dangerous."

Powder: "But families stick together. You said it yourself."

Vi: "I know what I said..."

Powder: "I want to fight. I can help."

"You're not ready!" Vi exclaimed, shocking Powder. She stared at her big sister, not knowing what to say as (Y/N) could see tears slowly forming in her eyes. "You're all I have. I can't lose you." Vi explained, caressing Powder's cheek.

(Y/N) looked to the ground, sighing while Powder had a tear fall from her eyes. Vi took something out of the bag and placed it in her hand, "Here. If they come for you, take this and run. Where ever you are, light it up, and I'll find you. Promise."

Vi put their foreheads together before turning around to head up the stairs with Mylo and Claggor. (Y/N) walked over to Powder, pulling her close as they hug each other tightly. "We'll come back." he whispered, letting go before giving her a kiss on the forehead.

Both of them looked at each other again before he joined the rest of them, heading upstairs and leaving the bar to go rescue Vander. Once they reached the old cannery, they scaled up the side of the building, reaching the roof to see what they were dealing with.
