"NOAH!" I smiled as I looked up seeing Levi dashing towards me while Andrew, Leah, and Mac watched from their place by my locker. Levi jumped into my arms the second he reached me making me stumble with his wait.
"Hi, Levi," I mumbled before setting him in his feet and he grinned.
Levi Henderson, 17 years old and Junior like me, is the first of four people to talk to me when I Mitch decided to turn his back on me and out me to the entire school. He's 5'9 with bright green eyes and light brown hair that he tends to dye—and today his hair is blonde— and a lip piercing. He's part of the school band. He's family are middle-class with his mother being a lawyer and his father being a doctor.
"I'm so mad that we don't have any classes together this year," he grumbled as we made our way towards the others. And I couldn't agree more. It was nice having at least one person that liked me in class.
"We've had classes together since last year," I said and he huffed making me smile and shake my head.
"Hi, Noah," the girls greeted while Andrew only nodded his head in a greeting.
"Hey guys," I said and opened my locker before grabbing the books that I would be needing for my first four classes, "how was your weekend?"
"Boring," Mac, or McKenzie, said throwing her hands in the air with a whine while Leah rolled her eyes,
"That's because you got grounded," she stated making the curly-haired girl glare.
I shook my head as they bickered and turned to Andrew who had his arm thrown over Levi's shoulder.
Andrew Gabriel is 18 years and a senior. He's also captain of the boy's soccer team. He had the kind of face that stopped you in your tracks. I guess he must get used to that, the sudden pause in a person's natural expression when they looked his way followed by overcompensating with a nonchalant gaze and a weak smile. Of course the blush that accompanied it was a dead give-away. It didn't help that he was so modest with it, it made the girls fall for him all the more. He also happened to be dating Levi. They were completely opposites of each other but somehow they made it work and they were perfect together. He was tall at 6' with a muscular built that had girls drooling over him and guys envying him. Almost all the guys stayed clear of him aside from a few that were on the team which were his friends.
