aster's pov a week later
"Yes, Maddy! I told you im on my way. I just have to get something really quick." i stormed up the stairs of my mom's house.
"Do you think he'll even want me there?" Maddy let out a sigh.
"Yes! Rio wont admit it to me, but he definitely likes you," i smiled to myself. "Even Chanel and Annika think so,"
I could tell she was smiling to herself.
"So when are you and Fezco going to be there? I dont want to be all alone with Rio." she let out a sigh.
"Im grabbing something really quick, Fezco is outside waiting in the car then we'll be on our way. What about you? Is Rio there yet?" i responded as i glanced at my night stand.
I left my promise ring on the nightstand and i wanted to grab it before i met up with Fezco.
After we went through with Rio's plan to pin the blame of Mouse's death on Bruce and Laurie, we were able to work it out.
Laurie and Bruce were in deep shit with the cops and i heard that a shoot out even went down in their apartment.
We knew Custer was working with the cops because of the person Rio has on the inside.
So when Custer came over that day, we knew what to say and not to say.
Faye was also in on the plan. She ended up telling me what Custer was planning on doing so i knew she was loyal to us and not Custer. Which im glad because Faye is someone i got really close with. We pinned it all on Bruce and Laurie and that was it. They were busted and we were free.
Im just glad Fezco was able to forgive me. We talked out everything and although he hated that i kept it from him, he saw the good intentions behind it. I mean without Rio, we wouldn't have known the cops were on to us.
"Rio just texted he's here." i could hear Maddy freak out on the other end. This was going to be a double date with Fezco and I and Maddy with Rio. Her first real date besides ones she had with Nate.
I was thrilled for her. Finally someone that wont treat her like shit. Rio isnt a saint, but he would never do the things Nate did. Rio was really starting to warm up to me. He even started being on good terms with Fezco. He's become his new supplier since Laurie is gone.
"Okay we'll see you there," i said before hanging up.
I slipped the promise ring onto my finger then headed down the stairs.
