Imagine being the only one able to calm Jack down when he's enraged. (Scenario #2, Longer version)

Setting: In the grave yard. Jack is running back and forth enraged by what Benjamin did to him. He stops abruptly to breathe

You: Jack?

Jack: Stay back. I don't want to hurt you.

You: You're not going to hurt me Jack.

Jack: You don't know that.

You: I do know that.

He looks up.

You: I love you Jack...I love you.

His gaze softens and his skin improves. You rush to kiss and hug each other. He puts his hands on your face.

Jack: I'm so scared I'm going to hurt you.

You: You're not going to hurt me. I know you'd never want to.

Jack: Just the thought of it makes my stomach turn.

You: Jack, do you love me?

Jack: With all my heart.

You: Would you protect me from anyone who tried to hurt me?

Jack: I would make them pay for even thinking about it.

You: Even Benjamin?

Jack: If he ever comes near you....I'll kill him.

You: See? You love me too much to hurt me. You're heart would never allow it.
