Mike POV

FUCK! if Riraura words are true then all of these fucking skills can have a major impact to the world. That means these skills aren't like that of a video game... this shit is real!

So... this means it's like... Fallout New Vegas Skills! or in this case the Skill Roll.

The Skill Roll also called "skill challenge" or "skill check" emulates the way skill checks are done in traditional pen-and-paper RPGs. A random number from 1 to 100 is generated. If it is lower or equal to the skill level, the action is a success. So, for an unmodified check, skill level is effectively a chance of success for a relevant action.

A check can have a modifier that the skill level is adjusted by for the purpose of the check. So, a positive modifier makes the action easier while a negative one makes it harder. Combat skills use automatically calculated modifiers from e.g., the ambient darkness level. Modifiers for checks associated with specific object or logic (like a dialogue option) are set explicitly. Since skills can grow up to 300%, the hardest challenges can have modifiers of as much as -100.

Or in this case for my Fallout Vegas boys. Skills can be learned, and they have level to them of how good the character is with them. To increase your skills is by earning skills points by gaining levels with that the skill can be improved along with reading specific books or completing quests. This means if I get this right in my situation. These skills can only be improved only by doing things running, reading, fixing, fighting, and such as I continue this means my skills will improve.

...FUCK!!!

I have fifteen Skill points and I can only pick fifteen out of 87 skills!? why 87!? such an odd number I hate it. Okay time to think now! I know a few that will help me as I already know that these skills will imply to me. SO!

Mechanic, Crafter, Specialist, and Expert Lockpicker

Now these four I have experience with if this really implies to me then these four will help me. Now I have eleven left... welp! fuck it!

Combat Adept, Voice of Reason, Survivor Sense, Free Runner, Dodge, Conserve Weapons, Crouching Tiger, Shifting Sands, Flight of the Sparrow, Escape, and...

Mikey(mind): "Mans best friend? never heard that, Skill. Might be useful... please don't be trash."

Riraura: "So~! are you done yet!?"

I then stopped my pondering as I looked at Riraura;

Mikey: "Mechanic, Crafter, Specialist, Expert Lockpicker, Combat Adept, Voice of Reason, Survivor Sense, Free Runner, Dodge, Conserve Weapons, Crouching Tiger, Shifting Sands, Flight of the Sparrow, Escape, and Mans Best Friend. That would be all" I said as I said the skills I want.

Riraura: "Is this all? once you do this there's no turning back. Are you sure?"

Mikey: "Yes"

Riraura: "Are you really! really, really, really, really, really, pretty!!! sure about this?"

Mikey: "Please...  this is all I got.."

Riraura: "Fine! but, let me run down the how these skills work."
