Author's POV:

It was finally the first day of the new session for Jennie at Seoul International School. She felt nervous, scared, overwhelmed, stressed and literally all the emotions one can feel. She had packed her bag and now she was all ready to school. All ready? Maybe not.

She was scared thinking how will she be treated in her school with everyone knowing her parents died and now she lives with an abusing aunt. Oh sorry, they didn't know about the abusing aunt.  They just know "the aunt." If ever they come to know about the way Sania treats Jennie, Jennie would seriously die.

She wasn't very much socially active from her childhood. She didn't know how to make new friends or approach people. Guess this year is gonna be a roller coaster ride for her, knowing the fact that she has landed in the school of the highest prestige, full of rich elite kids. .

It was a windy day. Jennie started walking towards the school building entry as sweat was dripping off her face out of nervousness. Her mind was full of horrible thoughts of her being lonely, without any friends, mistreated by the teachers, and even getting expelled from the school! She was in a terrible state, although her physical appearance was on point as always.

She was wearing her new school uniform, with hair tied into a pony tail. Her face had no makeup unlike the other girls in the school. Her face was flawless. Except there was a look of fright and nervousness on her face.

Everyone started staring and gazing towards Jennie. She was technically dead-

She wasn't used to so much attention, specially like this! There were light murmurs from all around her. Everyone was whispering to each other and talking about the new girl in school.

Jennie, trying to maintain her balance walked inside the school, not looking at anyone but her stained shoes.

"Oh shit how did my shoes get stained?!"

"Aah it must have been the puddle in the way. Oh gosh whyy!?"
Jennie cursed her fate inside her head.

"why the heck is everyone looking at me? I'm no celebrity! Oh my goodness! What a great way to start school!"

Jennie thought and bit her lips.

Suddenly, Jennie felt a hit on her head. She realized she had bumped into someone's chest. A boy's chest. A boy who she had seen before. A boy who she wasn't going to like surely.

"Oh my-

"Isn't this the same asshole i encountered yesterday at the shop?!" Jennie thought inside her head as the boy looked at her in amazement and eyeballed her.

IT WAS NO OTHER THAN KIM TAEHYUNG, the boy Jennie had met yesterday.

Jennie was feeling dumbfounded. She was absolutely bowled over. The boy, after 1-2 seconds, smirked at her.

"Hey newbie." He said in a low tone and walked past her leaving Jennie in complete shock. She literally couldn't process what just happened.

Every one around her was now staring at her again.

Jennie suddenly heard a girl saying "Maybe the new girl's his new one."

She was confused after hearing it. What did the girl mean? "His new one"?

Not minding much what the girl had said, she walked forward and entered the class. And there again, she saw him. She rolled her eyes in disgust as he smiled devilishly at Jennie and eyed her. Jennie removed her gaze from her moved to take a seat.

But unfortunately, there was only 1 vacant seat, just in front of him.

She sighed, again cursing her unfortunate destiny and sat on the seat in front of her new enemy reluctantly.

Taehyung peered to her table and again whispered in her ear, "Enjoy the ride."

Jennie felt as if she was electrified as she felt his lips move near her ears. She lowkey loved it. But then she was reminded that SHE DID NOT AND WAS SUPPOSED TO LIKE HIM OR EVEN BE FRIENDS WITH HIM.

He again passed a smirk to her as she showed her middle finger to him in loathe. His face went blank as he stared at Jennie.

Taehyung's POV:

I was walking as usual in the school corridor before the classes started and then i saw a girl. Not just any girl. I had seen her somewhere before. Oh now i know! She was the girl i saw in the uniform shop where i was with a Jungkook and Lisa, who i laughed at. I smiled in amuse and i walked to her. She wasn't looking at me since all her focus was on her stained black shoes. I stopped and she bumped at me. She looked at me and i could see the shock on her face. We stood there for a few seconds as i smirked at her and whispered in her ear, "hey newbie."

I looked at her Id card and saw her name- "Jennie Kim"

DAMN.

She stood completely blank and shocked. I walked past her.

Truly speaking, i want her to be my source of entertainment. My new fling , who? Jennie Kim, hell yeah.

As she walked into the classroom, i gazed at her and smirked as usual. She rolled her eyes. Damn, she was cute. Wasn't she? I chose a nice one. I continued staring her as she tried to find an empty seat.

But oh lord! My to-be fling had no option other than sitting in front of me. Unwantingly, she came and sat in front of me. I liked what was happening. I again whispered into her ear, "Enjoy the ride."

Ofcourse, she will enjoy the complete ride. After all, its me, the Kim Taehyung. Newbie aka my new fling, Jennie Kim, have fun.
