My butler, my life (私の執事, 私の人生:Watashi no shitsuji, watashinojinsei)(ON HOLD)

Chapter 1: Introductions

I was walking home when a handsome man in a black tailcoat suit walked up to me.

"Good afternoon my lady" he said respectfully. I was completely shocked.

"Who are you?" I said in completely dumbfounded.

"I am my lady's butler" he replied.
I just thought he was crazy and walked off. He started to follow me. While walking I shouted.

"Why are you following me!".

"I am my lady's butler, I cannot leave her side".

"You are not my butler, I have no reason for a butler". I replied.

"But you are the newest member of the WWBA", he questioned quizzically.

"What?", I asked. By this time, I had arrived home and was waiting at the door.

" Go away, this is stalking!" I shouted.

"But my lady-" he tried to say.

"Stop calling me your lady, you are not my butler!" I interrupted.

My mother came out and let the man in. He explained that the WWBA was the Women's World Benefactor Association, and that I was chosen as a woman who would benefit the world because of my amazing intelligence and my outstanding strategic thinking. He also explained that each member is moved to an adequate environment a.k.a a mansion and is assigned a butler who is to be with her at all times.

"I just can't believe it" I said in shock. I just couldn't believe what was happening. Movers came to our house and moved us to a nearby mansion, which I had actually never noticed even though it was so near. Our new butler, sorry my new butler made my family and I dinner. During dinner he told me "My lady you have a meeting at the Gaiety Theatre to officially welcome you to the WWBA."

"T-thank you" I mumbled without realising.
After dinner he escorted us to our rooms. Finally when he brought me to my room I asked "Wait, before you go, tell me what your name is".

"My lady, my name is Kayden and with that I bid you a farewell". He went into the butler's room which was inside mine which sort of made me nervous.

The next morning, Kayden woke me up, set up my bath and laid out my clothes. We went to the theatre early in the morning and we walked inside. Everyone was gathered around the entrance.
"Look at Kayden, he's the only S-rank butler other than Sebastian".

"He's so handsome isn't he!"

"But the girl is so ordinary"

"She doesn't deserve him!"

These were the whispered flying around. Everyone went quiet when I walked in.
"My lady, this is your reception", Kayden reminded me.

"Oh sorry" I whispered to him

" How do you do, I'm Zara".

Everyone stared at me with menacing eyes.

"Do not worry my lady, they are just being wary as you are a new member" Kayden said reassuringly.
"Ok?" I replied.
The ceremony went on and when it was finished I met the head which was Ms. Angela Morocco, the secret government head of Switzerland, the money capital of the world.

"Welcome to the Women's World Benefactors Association, I hope you become a very productive member of our group, but there are two things I will warn you about. Love between a lady and her butler is strictly forbidden and you must continue to prove your worth to this community. You will be treated with high respect in the society but you must not disclose this association to any outsiders, well now this is said, I hope you enjoy the party".
