Once he finished showing me around, we headed back into the room where everyone else was.

"Thank you for giving me a tour of the place Dr. Reid." I said.

"You can call me Spencer, or Reid, or you know what, just call me whatever you want to." He rambled.

Out of the corner of my eye, I saw Morgan smirking.

I laughed. "Okay, will do."

A little bit later Hotch walks over to me and pulls me aside.

"What is it Hotch?" I asked with my utmost respect.

"I wanted to let you know that this week we are just gonna take it slow. As the Unit Chief, I had to look at your profile and I found that you are exceptionally smart, and decided that I'm going to have you work with Reid, so he will be teaching you how to do a profile analysis."

"Alright, sounds like a plan. Thank you so much for accepting me as part of the team. I really appreciate it."

"You're welcome." he said in a very monotone voice.

I think I'm gonna try and get Hotch to loosen up while I'm here.

~After work~

So after work, I gave Spencer my phone number and told him that we needed to catch up on old times, so to come to my house at 7:00 for dinner.

Morgan's pov

At 6:00 Reid texted me.

Reid: I need your advice on something.

Me: What could Mr. Big Brain possibly need advice on?

Reid: If you were going to someone's house for dinner, what would you bring?

Me: Does this 'someone' like wine?

Reid: I'm not completely sure.

Me: Ok... um... are you able to bring a dessert?

Reid: Yes.

Me: Then I would do that.

Reid: Ok thank you.

Who's this someone that Reid is having dinner with??

Leah's pov

At exactly 7:00 my doorbell rang. I ran to the door and opened it. Behind the threshold stood a ravishing Dr. Spencer Reid. He was wearing a blue dress shirt with a dark blue tie, and khakis. His hair was combed over to the side, and I couldn't help but think of how handsome he looked tonight.

I suddenly realized I was staring and looked away, just in time to feel a blush creep on to my cheeks. I stepped aside to let him in avoiding eye contact.

Before I could stop myself, I looked into his eyes and said, "You look handsome tonight."

He blushed furiously.

"Uh-um- I- uh- brought dessert." he stammered.

"Thank you." I said taking the store bought Apple pie out of his hands and setting on the counter in the kitchen.

"So, what's the meal plan for tonight?" He asked.

"You'll see in a few minutes." I said smiling.

Just then the oven went off, startling me.

I gasped. "Oh my gosh... I almost had a heart attack." I said clutching my chest and catching my breath.

He started laughing.

"Shut up!" I said grabbing to pot holders and whacking his arm with one of them. Then proceeded to pull out the pizzas I had cooking.

"Really? Pizza?" He asked.

"What do you not like it? I can totally fix something else if you want. I just thought you liked pizza, because you did when we were kids. Crap! That's what it is... you liked it when we were kids but now you don't like it... Oh my gosh I feel so stupid... I should've known." I rambled.

He grabbed my hand in his.

"Hey, I love pizza." he said with a grin.

"Then why'd you say that?" I asked

"I wasn't expecting you to cook pizza." he replied.

"Oh ok."

He was still holding my hand. I didn't know what to do.

"Hey! Why don't you cut the pizzas?" I said.

I startled him and he let go of my hand.

"D-do I have to?" He asked.

"Well if you want the pieces to be straight then you might want to do it." I laughed.

"Alright, I guess I'll cut them then." he smiled.

I love how even though we only met each other again today, we still feel comfortable around each other. It just feels so natural with him, and I love that feeling.
