REPORT CARDS..( probably part 1)

" Taehyung?" Ms. Rin called out, her attention still taken up by the emails on her phone. She walked into the gym and stood right in the center getting everyone's attention all at once. Momentarily, everyone stopped what they were doing waiting for what she had to say.

" Could I have your attention?" She looked up from her phone pleasantly surprised as they were all already looking at her.

" V and Jungkook, I need your report cards by the end of the week. You do get them this week right?"

Both boys were startled by this. None of their previous managers had ever cared to take a look at their grades.

" What's with the long faces?" She asked because the boys seemed worried all of a sudden.

" It's just that except for our hyungs, no one has ever really cared about our report cards before and... you're quite the scary person..." V nervously trailed off.

" There isn't much to worry about though cause they normally have good grades." Namjoon confidently said. Both boys seemed petrified by their hyung's words. Why would he say that they thought. V was especially nervous because he knew that his grades this time around were not as good as RM had claimed they were. He broke down internally as he envisioned the disappointment on his hyungs' faces when they actually got to see his card.

On the other hand, Jungkook quickly recovered from the shock of the moment, that is until Ms. Jung said that she would also love to have a word with his tutor. Jungkook froze on mention of the request.

" Is there a problem?" She questioned him but he quickly declined mentioning that his tutor had mentioned something about being busy that week and since he normally also kept the report card for a while that they might not get to see his card that week. Ms. Jung looked at him quite confused to which Jin hyung graciously added, " Yeah he normally has it for like the first week or so after its out."

" Why?" She asked. That was the million dollar question. Everyone shrugged including Jungkook completely clueless, so she let it go.

Sure enough, Wednesday came around and the report cards were released. Taehyung, a senior, sat at his desk letting his heart sink further and further down in to the pit of his stomach as he stared down at his report card. In big bold letters, written at the top of his report card were the words in red,

ADVISED TO REPEAT.

followed by for sure the worst grades he had ever gotten in this life time.

After receiving such a report card, Tae spiraled into a daze not even having lunch. When time came to go back to the dorms, just the thought of facing Hobi and Namjoon petrified him. Gone were the days when his report card was worthy of the fridge, the silly childish notion was meant to keep the morale, not to mention bragging rights obviously.
When he walked through the front door, arriving home, he had yet to go through all the five stages of grief. The day was scheduled differently for everyone so he at least hoped not to have all his hyungs on his case all at once.

Taehyung looked distraught. Obviously miserable. He went into the dorms hoping not to find anyone. So far it didn't really seem like there was anyone around. Just as he was walking to his room, he spotted Namjoon getting out of the bathroom fresh from a shower.

" Hey Tae-ya. You're back early. How was school?" Namjoon watched him for a second and saw his eyes red. The fact that Taehyung was silent proved that something was in fact wrong.

" Is there a problem? Did something happen at school?" Tae's heart rate spiked at the mention of school. Should I show him the report card, Taehyung thought looking at this hyung's worried face, but what if he gets really mad when he sees it. Unintentionally, Taehyung started to tear up from fear of disappointing Namjoon. He began to cry lacking anything else to do.
