After Luke woke me up and explained everything we took the doctor and went to find shelter.
I didn't believe him or the doctor at first, 4068? It's been over 100 years it was all just too much to handle.
We flew for hours and as we did I took the chance to really look at the earth and the doctor was right. This is definitely not the earth I remember. The world has completely changed , the earth over took most of everything, buildings and cars covered in Vines, wild animals walking through towns, but what really got me is the creatures mindless wondering around, with our super hearing we could hear them moaning and groaning almost like they were crying.
"What are they?" I asked the doctor. He turned to me and looked down and his face saddened.
"They were Humans.....now they are something else, we don't know much but the fact that they have don't have the ability to talk , they lost most of the brain functions and they have but only two impulses. To eat and kill."
As much as I hate to admit it, I have got to help them.
After a few more hours of searching for shelter , We spotted an empty 2 story house almost 10 miles from the building. It was old, broken down and it was gonna need a lot of work done to it if we were gonna be living here.
"We're not living here we're just here for a rest. Your pregnant and we've been flying all day." Lukes says as if he could read my mind .
"I can , you left the mind link open its good to be connected like this again though" he says with a soft smile coming over to kiss my forehead.

Piper!! It's been so long how are you?
I'm good actually, when I woke up I was a bit confused but I'm fine and so is dee
"You're speaking to piper?" Luke asks
"Yeah she's ok , we all are" as soon as I said that my mind drifted too cole, may and baby Juliet.
What has become of them? Are they still alive?
I look at luke and see his eyebrows frowned as if he's thinking. He heard me.
I really need to learn how to block him out again.
"Do you think they are ok?" I ask him.
Sighing he says, "I don't know vee, I can't think about that, taking care of you and our baby and helping save the human population at the same time. I just need a moment." He says walking away.
As I try and go after him I feel a sharp pain in my stomach.
I cry out as the pain quickly progressed, causing me to lose my balance as I was bracing myself for the impact I felt strong hands catch me, knowing it was luke from the tingles and slight pain relief. He always makes me feel better.
"Vee!?" He says looking down at me wide eyed , he was becoming blurry though so I knew that wasn't a good sign.
My visions goes in and out but I hear him screaming at the doctor to come and help me.
"The baby is coming" the doctors says taking his head from under my dress.
Why am I feeling like this?
"She asks why is she feeling like this" Luke says to the doctor and it makes me love him more.
"She is having a powerful baby , her body has been suspended for years so she's weak while the baby is as strong as ever, she might not mak-"
The doctor didn't get a chance to finish because Luke grabbed him by his neck, I can see well enough to know that was his demon, dee in control his beautiful black eyes glimmering at the doctor in anger.

Calm down dee please, we need him to deliver this baby, if it comes between me or the baby...choose the baby
That caused him to drop the doctor and rush to my side, it was now Luke in control.

"Vee don't talk like that! He will make sure both of you come out alive or I will kill everyone in this fucking world." He eyes flicker from black to blue in a battle of control. It hurts me to see him struggling like this.

Promise me you'll save this world and take care of our child if I don't survive
He looks at me as if he's pleading for me not to say this, but I have to because we are better than this, we are kings and queens and we must not forget our responsibilities to not only the supernatural world but the human world as well, we've been gone for centuries it's time to finally step up and fix things. Knowing he heard all I that I say it again.
Promise me luke promise you'll save everyone.
"I promise"

I say as I feel a needle enter my wrist, though I can't feel much so it didn't hurt
"I love you too" and with that I blacked out.
