You were standing infront of your people waiting for your speech to show that you will be a good duchess in your parent's place after all you were their only daughter.

"But they were also my parents, they raised me and took care of everyone in the mansion they have been strong when my sister was accused for something she hasn't done"You said

"Today was also the day my sister died (executed)"You said

Elena and Elvis exchanged looks even they didn't know that today was the day you were executed. They had no idea at what to do at the moment but to listen.

Jennette's hand on her father's hand tightened as he looked over at her. He then looked at you. You two slightly had eye contact then you looked away.

"I am pretty sure you won't want me dying isn't that right!"you say smiling

"Yeah you must produce a heir"

"That's what I want to do as for now please watch over me"you said.
"Let's wait for his majesty to make you the duchess"A man said

Everyone waits as his majesty arrived with his daughter and Felix. Felix handed him a sword as everyone stood out of his way.

It's like he was walking on red carpet to your way.
You stood where you were unmoving and watched him walk towards you.

Now that he was infront of you, you kneeled down it was time your parent's responsibilities to be carried over to you.

"From now on Y/n L/n you are to be the duchess and work along side me"Claude says as his sword tapped both of your shoulders.

You could hear everyone's cheers but soon Claude suddenly started feeling weak. No one was paying attention but you.

"Are you okay?"You asked

Claude could see your face showed concern for him but were you not the one behind this. He acts strong and walks away from the crowd to his carriage.

"Call for the magician"He says

Felix and Athanasia shared looks and understood this was something personal. You stood there unmoving as an evil smile left your lips for a second but Mary's hug started you.

"They will be watching over you the same way your sister is"Mary cries as you smiled sadly at her.
"Let's go home"You said
