I walk down the hallways and then saw Gray. My eyes widen with tears forming in my eyes.

I look down and walk quickly so he wouldn't notice me.

"Juvia?" He stopped me.

"Gray sama...Juvia is..so sorry" I apologized.

"Don't worry Juvia. I'm alright!" He smile.

I look at Gray in the eyes. "Gray sama. Juvia don't want to hurt you anymore so Juvia is begging you please...stay away"

"I made a promise Juvia"

"Promise? To protect Juvia? This is not protecting Juvia. Juvia...is already protected by everyone here. So Gray don't worry about it okay?" I said.

"Then I'll make another promise" said Gray to me.

"Stop!" I said "stop with the promises. Why are you doing this anyways? Juvia...is just...just..."

"Juvia listen up" he said confidently "Natsu just told me about the basketball game. If I win then I will make my promise" he wink at me while smiling and walk away turning a corner.  

I felt a curve on my lips.

This feeling...the feeling of love is so beautiful.

Lunchtime came and natsu place his foot on my desk.

I glare at him. My cheeks hurt like hell.

"Gray I have challenge gajeel to a one in one and to make it happen you are on my team" said Natus

My eyes widen.

"Hell no-ow" I place my hand on my cheek. It hurts.

"If we win...juvia will no longer be under Gajeel"

Idiot doesn't he know why Gajeel said that? Its because we can never work together.

I nodded my head no and walk out of the classroom. I kept walking until I saw Juvia. I took a deep breath and talked to her.

I walk away before I could let her see my pain. I turn to a corner and let my tears out. The tears of pain from my cheek.

I decided to accept the challenge.

So Gajeel Bring it on.

After school came and I went to practice my shots.

Laxus and Mira came to watch...plus Gildarts the basketball coach.

I dribble the ball to the free throw line and threw it. Everyone watched.

I watched and turn around.

Dammit.

I missed.

Everyone laughed. "What?! I was...just nervous since everyones watching!" I shouted.

Natsu threw a basketball at me. "Let's practice one on one"

I smirk "alright" and we started. I dribble the ball to the basketball hoop and threw but instead the bbasketball hit the ring and bounce back hitting my face.

"HA!" natsu laugh at me and stole away the ball. He jump up and threw the ball from the three pointer line and it was not even close to going in the hoop. He ran to the ball and got it and jump for a dunk but hit his head on the basketball ring.

I laughed. " Ha! You suck!" I yell and took away the ball.

"Its been 30 minutes! Make a hoop already!" Yell Gildarts. I look at Natsu sweating really badly.
