Waking Up.

I woke up, engulfed in the arms of the God of Mischief, I felt his breath, steady on the back of my neck.

I also heard the door handle twisting.

My eyes darted up, and I saw Thor, peeping his head around the door, a huge smile plastered on his face.

He snuck in quietly, and pulled out what seemed to be a phone.

He positioned it in front of his eye.

“Thor I swear down, if you wake him, I’ll gut you like a fish.” I hissed.

Thor said nothing, but I saw him move his thumb, tapping the screen.

The next thing I heard was the satisfying sound of a camera click.

Thor grinned in satisfaction, then looked down at me.

“Thor, delete that. Now.” I hissed.

Thor looked threatened, shrugged his shoulders, played around with his phone screen, then grinned, whilst backing out of the room.

He closed the door after himself, and I heard his loud footsteps fade away as he walked further down the hall.

My phone suddenly buzzed, and I extended my arm out to open it.

New message from ‘Thora the Explorer’ on ‘Avengers’: 📷 Photo.

I clicked on the notification, and saw a picture of me, half-asleep, looking quite threatening, being cuddled by the God of Mischief.

“Thor you little son of a-” I started.

My phone buzzed again.

New message from ‘Captain Spangles’ on ‘Avengers’: Y/N I can imagine what you’re going to say, so before you say it. Language!

My thumbs did their little weird dance over the keyboard.

Haha. Very funny Capsicle. The 40’s just rang and said they wanted their sense of humour back.

I clicked send before I regretted my life choices.

“Mahoning” Loki mumbled from behind me, in what I imagined was a ‘Morning’

“Morning my prince, did Thor wake you? I told him if he did I’d gut him like a fish.”

Loki’s face scrunched up in confusion.

“Mhm? What’s a fish?” He asked.

I rolled my eyes and kissed his forehead.

“I’ll give you two minutes to wake up before I make you start to process anything my love.” I responded humorously.

I sat up, swinging my legs out of bed, and pulling my nightwear down to a modest length.

As I lunged forwards to stand up, Loki’s arms vined back around my hips.

“Stay mortal, I command you to stay!” He fake shouted angrily.
