On the way to the sewage plant, Zoe sat next to Rick as he showed her what she'd be doing.
"So I'm pretty sure I'm gonna put you on mic Duty, you good with that?" He asked her.
"Yeah sure, is that a pd 150?" She asked looking at his camera.
"Oh yeah." He told her, slightly surprised that she was able to identify it that quick. "Have you ever used one before?"
"No, I've never used anything this fancy." She said.
"Don't worry, I'll show you how to use it once we need you to actually film." He explained.
Knoxville spoke up. "Aren't you going to school for film and stuff like that?" He asked.
"Oh no, I'm going for chemical and biological engineering." She told them.
"What make you pick that?" He asked.
"My best subjects in high school were chemistry and biology so why not pick that as my major?" She said, shrugging.
"When do you go to college?" Jeff asked her, chiming in. It was the beginning of September so back to school season was right around the corner.
"I'm actually taking a gap year right now, just to make some extra cash and really work on my application, you know?"
"That's smart, I didn't go to collage so I wouldn't know anything about that." Knoxville commented. "Where are you applying?"
"Princeton." She answered.
"Damn, your pretty smart aren't you?"
"I mean, Kinda..." she felt slightly embarrassed about the attention she was receiving, especially from people she had just met.
"Oh come on don't be humble. If your smart own it." He told her.
She just kinda smiled awkwardly, not sure what to say. She enjoyed the praise but was never able to react to it well.

Once they met up with bam and Ryan at the sewage plant. she could already smell the horrible stench of the water once she got out of the van. The urge to gag was held back.
She helped trip and Rick unload some of the equipment to where it needed to be.
She looked over at Ryan who was duck taping his underwear down to his legs.
"Ryan you know that's not gonna keep anything out right?" She pointed out.
"Yo look at those haggard tattoos!" Bam laughed, pointing to his thighs that had some tattoos, which were clearly done by him.
"What's that one?" He asked gesturing to the small one.
"A noose."
"What's that mean?"
"I don't know." He shrugged.
Zoe and bam shared a laugh before it was time to finally film.

"Ryan please don't come near me! This is a new sweater!" Zoe shouted as Ryan started to come towards her. He was completely covered in filth and reeked terribly. He laughed as he chased her around the grass as she held the boom mic and ran. The crew was filming as they did this. Bam was laughing his ass off and so was the rest of the crew.
He never caught her. He never intended to.
He just wanted to hear her laugh.
When he noticed she was started to slow down and become out of breath. He stopped and turned the other way and began to make his way to bam. When she noticed she wasn't being chased anymore, she stopped to catch her breath and tried to compose herself.

The filming was over and the whole crew was back at the margera house hold. April was making dinner for everyone. Zoe Began to set the table, folding the napkins perfectly even tho she knew they were just gonna be ruined within minutes.
"Zoe, can you peel these potatoes?" April asked her from the kitchen.
"Sure." She got up from her spot at the table and walked over to the kitchen. She stood next to her mom at the counter and began peeling the potatoes.
"Please don't hurt yourself." April cautioned her.
"I think I'll be okay, I'm the potato peeling expert." She joked.
"Maybe you should go to collage for that." She smiled, playing along with the home.
"Speaking off.." Zoe started. "I found someone to read my essay."
"Oh great! Now when are you gonna let me read it?" She half joked. Every since Zoe had been starting to apply to collage she had been very secretive about what she was writing about on her essay. No matter how much people pestered her, she refused to share it with anyone that was in her life.
"Mommm, I don't want you seeing it till it's ready." She said. "I want it perfect."
"Honey I'm sure it's gonna be great."
She sighed slightly. She could write the worst paper in the world and her mom would still be amazed.
"You'll read it soon I promise."Zoe assured.
"I can't wait." April smiled.
