Erro and Twisty were running through the festival, "Can't catch me Erro!" Twisty yelled while she ran. Erro teleported while she wasn't looking. He then appeared closer to the end of the festival, all he had to do was wait. Twisty looked back to see if Erro was still there, only to be surprised to see nothing. "Erro? Where did-" she turned back around to see him eating an ice cream. "Hello, missed me?" he giggled as he took another bite. "How did you do that?" She asked with a surprised look, he raised his shoulders while laughing. They grabbed some tasty snacks before having some delicious soup. "I never knew festivals would be such a blast." Erro said while finishing up his soup. Twisty looked out to see how nice the festival looked, "Me too, this is my first time here." She began to cry gently. Erro approached and petted her on the back, he wiped her tears away while gently rubbing her cheek. "No need to be sad, I would only want you to enjoy this." She turned to him and gave him a kiss. Not knowing how to react he gave into the kiss. Twisty broke the kiss and smiled, "Thank you for making this festival more fun Erro."
He blushed before responding, "Well I'm glad you are having fun." Erro noticed something in the distance, Twisty looked as well. It was a race, and hundreds of Imps were heading towards it. "You two should get going, it's the big race before the ceremony." The chef told them. They looked at the chef and then looked back at each other, "You're Erro aren't you? I heard about you winning the hardest parkour stage!" Erro smiled while gently waving. "That's me alright, I never thought I would win. It was so much fun!" Erro chatted with the Chef for a bit before Twisty interrupted. "We should probably get going, we wouldn't want to miss this race." The chef looked at Twisty and nodded. "You're right, you wouldn't want to miss this. And Erro, good luck." The chef handed Erro a small potion, Erro took the potion and thanked the chef. "Thank you, I will try to win." Erro and Twisty waved goodbye and headed over to join everyone else. Upon reaching the area where the race will start, lots of Impims recognized Erro and waved him over. "Guys look! It's Erro!" one Impim said and several came over to say hello. After a few moments the Impims made a path that Erro and Twisty could pass, they made it through.
"Erro! Twisty! Glad you could make it!" The instructor said as he waved them to the starting line. "Instructor! What a surprise to see you again!" Erro said as he approached, Twisty looked around to get an idea what the race was about. The Instructor told them that the race is made of multiple activities. The first was rock climbing to reach a key at the top, then jump from the platform down into a big pool and swim across. Crossing the pool will have another key, after that they will enter a giant maze. This time there will be 3 keys, 2 real and 1 fake. Look for a key and find the exit. Exiting the maze will lead to an obstacle course that will contain the final key. After collecting the final key they have to finish the race on foot to the finish. The finish will be blocked off by a wall made of roots containing a lock, unlock it and the wall will vanish. Total of 4 walls to cross to win. But be careful, other Impims can steal your keys and win. Erro and Twisty looked at each other and nodded. "All racers to the starting line!" A voice came from the speaker. "Good luck my winners, finish strong!" The Instructor said as he led them to an empty slot for the race. "You ready Twisty?" Erro asked as he got in position. "Always am!" She responded as she got ready too.
They waited for the announcer to continue, "Good luck to everyone. 3.....2.....1.....GO!" Erro and Twisty sprinted to reach the wall. Erro stopped and kneeled down to give Twisty a boost. She jumped on his hands and he launched her up a decent amount. He jumped up high to catch up with her and they continued their climb. Other groups were catching up but none had the same team work. Twisty reached the top first and got the key, she went back and helped Erro up. Before Erro made it up another Impim sneaked up on Twisty and stole the key. "Behind you Twisty!" Erro shouted but it was too late. The Impim had jumped down to reach the pool. "After him!" Twisty said as he jumped after him. Erro followed and looked ahead while he fell. Twisty struggled to recover when she surfaced, Erro went under and grabbed her legs and swimmed with full force. "(I see him, get the key Twisty!)" Erro told Twisty telepathically. The other Impim was ahead but not for long. Twisty got closer and closer, she snatched the key while the other Impim was distracted. "Later buddy!" She said as she zoomed by. He was stunned by her recovery. She saw the next key, it was on a platform that floated above the pool.
