Hundreds of massive portals begin to appear in the void of space. They each take about 5 seconds to form, before massive ships recognizable as New World Union ships begin to exit from these portals. As soon as they exit the portals, they begin to detect something a million kilometers away. It isn't a satellite, nor the planet, nor its' moons, but a single small starship, appearing so small as if it was a toy.

The Union's fleet scans them, cross referencing ship data from Thuia, learning it is a UE-Class Battlecruiser of the Lecelnan Union, which is above what would be Balingian space, which confuses the ships' controllers. They travel over to it, weapons at the ready, with the NWUSS Terra (SSC-10912835820485) sends a transmission to the battlecruiser, inquiring as to its presence.

"This is the NWUSS Terra. Unknown ship, please respond."

"This is the LUNAS Tohacsaza acknowledging transmission."

"Interrogative - Why are you here, above Balingian space?"

"Right place, right time, and now to take pictures. For history."

"Transmission and reason acknowledged. Closing transmission."

"C-closing transmission."

The New World Union ships moved past the tiny LUNAS Tohacsaza, as it took pictures of their passing. Soon enough, they arrived within 30,000km of the surface, with their weapons at the ready and F/A-95s in the air (or in space?), as well as B89s armed with nuclear missiles. The ships began to form up, and their guns pointed at the Balingians. F/A-95s and B-89s formed up into swarms, after which they hovered and rotated towards the Balingian Empire.

"D-Day"

1st through 15th HB-Divisions

Base 001 "The Capital

Armored vehicles, tanks, and aircraft belonging to 1st through 15th HB-Divisions of the 9th Corps (meaning 15 Armored divisions, 15 artillery divisions, 15 infantry divisions, etc) begin deploying in formations towards massive portals as infantry board their respective APCs and IFVs. They exit in the northern section of the Lesospian island Condetena, located at the northernmost point of their territory. A naval SSTB strike group teleports on-site, with a medium-sized group of transport ships docked. 

Armored vehicles begin to drive into the transport ships up ramps, and infantry follow suit, transporting them to a single large storage pocket dimension. Tanks, M2304s, IFVs, and APCs stretch on in all directions, packed together tightly, with at least 30,000 vehicles stored, all headed for the eastern end of Balingia. 

Once the last tank has boarded at 0630, the ramps close, and the ships turn towards the east, just as more vehicles emerge from portals behind them, and more ships emerge from portals as well. To prevent delays and detection, the deployed ships activate special modules which allow them to submerge. Specialized underwater engines now activate on the ships' sterns, allowing them to ZOOM at literal lightning speeds.
