Actually Fact-3 is that if time stops then the incident had happened on that time will stay as present.It will stick.It means as the passage of time has stopped,so other incident will not happen.We can see in Deck-X .It's a running situation.It means the incidents are happening by the passage of time.But in Deck-Y ,the time has stopped running.o,as the time has stopped running,it will /the whole universe will stay as the I-4 phrase.(Proved)

Fact-4 From the Fact-1,we get,Our whole life fixed and specific.So Fact-4 is , in running situation if some time naturally has vanished,it will lose it's existence .It means some parts of future will vanished .The time will start after the vanished part of future.We can see,
