Chapter 2, The Rush

SquirrelFleck walked along the bushes as she followed FadeStar and the other warriors while BirdPaw hopped happily along SquirrelFleck. SquirrelFleck chuckled in amusement as BirdPaw tripped on her four paws, "are you excited for your first meeting BirdPaw?" SquirrelFleck said as she tilted her head at her apprentice, "are you kidding? this is the best day of my life!!" BirdPaw said happily as BirdPaw ran ahead of SquirrelFleck and the other warriors as the group groaned in annoyance at the young cat, WillowStripe came up along SquirrelFleck and chuckled "thats one apprentice you got there, she reminds me of herself when i was an apprentice.." WillowStripe said as she playfully bumped shoulders with SquirrelFleck playfully. SquirrelFleck smiled at her self as she remembered the days when she was an apprentice and was always so excited to go Training "yeah those were the days.." SquirrelFleck said softly as she walked on the damp grass, "so have you and RushStream worked things out yet?" SquirrelFleck said as she whispered in her friends ear, WillowStripe sighed as she looked down at the forest floor "no, i still love him but hes always so moody and never tells me what his problems are" WillowStripe said in frustration and tensed up a little as SquirrelFleck placed her tail on WillowStripes shoulder for support. RavenWish came up along the two she cats "hey what ya guys talking about?" RavenWish asked as she walked along SquirrelFleck and WillowStripe, "oh nothing, just talking about Apprentices and toms" SquirrelFleck said as she snorted, RavenWish dramaticly sighed "i hope FadeStar gives me an apprentice soon, ive never had one yet.." RavenWish mumbled as SquirrelFleck and WillowStripe snickered. 

All of the cats finally got to Four trees and sat under the big trees as the other 3 clans started to also gather around, RavenWish and WillowStripe sat next to SquirrelFleck as the four leaders made there way up the tree who were:

FadeStar: (leader of WispClan) (She-cat)

OwlStar: (leader of StormClan) (Tom)

CrowStar: (leader of HeathClan) (Tom)

ThymeStar: (leader of GorseClan) (she-cat)

Squirrelfleck watched as the other warriors of StormClan who arrived last, SquirrelFleck watched in confusion as RushStream made his way to a light brown tabby she-cat known as HeatherPelt from StormClan. They seemed happy to see each other which made Squirrelfleck more concerned, There just friends right..? SquirrelFleck thought, she got out of her trance when OwlStar yowled "All cats please keep your attention to us as we may start the gathering.." OwlStar said calmly. All cats kept there focuse on the four leaders as FadeStar started talking first, "the past moons in WispCan have been alright, we are stocking up on prey, However there has been this strange pointy thing in our territory that we found...which also has injured SprucePatch.." said FadeStar in a dreadful voice, cats started gasping and whispering while one cat started laughing who was named DeadClaw "Haha! are you guys idiots!? a leaf can do no such thing" Said DeadClaw as he snorted and laughed. FadeStar huffed as she grown impatient, "well ive seen this strange leaf when i was an apprentice..it ended up injuring one of my clan mates, then he attacked our leader, so please watch your step.." FadeStar said sternly as the cats around whispered and gasped in concern, OwlStar swayed his tail to silent the noisy cats and then everyone fell silent as OwlStar started speaking speaking, "StormClan has been well, we have been having more kits and the prey as been around, and we got new apprentices.." OwlStar said as he then fell silent and waited for another leader to speak. CrowStar then raised his head and swayed his tail and speak, " HeathClan has been well, but...there isnt that much prey but were staying thoughtful for the sake of our kits and we lost one of our elders...thats all" CrowStar said as he looked back down at his paws, the leaders then looked at ThymeStar as she took a while to speak, thymeStar sighed and then started talking "GorseClan has been unventful..we have lost a warrior...Redpelt who has been murdered who hasnt been recognized due to RedPelts injuries..b-" ThymeStar then was cut off by a she cat called RiverRose from HeathClan "it was probrably a badger..there was one in our territory the other day!" the she cat said as she huffed. ThymeStar then snarled "No! he was torn into bits we couldnt even recognize who it was at first..you mouse brain!" said ThymeStar as she lashed her tail angrily and looked down as cats gasped and clouds covered the moon.." FadeStar looked up at the covered moon and sighed "StarClan has ended this meeting..everyone please head back and be safe..." FadeStar said as she hopped down from the tree as the other leaders did the same.

Everyone headed back to there clans as they barley said anything, SquirrelFleck wondered if there could be a strange creature lerking around them, she stayed paranoid until they got back to camp..
