The plague (a warrior cat oc book)

Suspicion, Chapter 3

SquirrelFleck yawned as she woke up in her moss bed as the sun layed on her pelt through the warriors den opening, it has been two nights since the dramatic meeting at four-trees, everyone was still taking about it and was still very concerned. SquirrelFleck felt something soft bump her on the shoulder as she looked to the nest beside her to see her best friend RavenWish, "seriously? its early..dont bug me.." SquirrelFleck said as she sat up in her nest and started grooming her chest as RavenWish snorted quietly, "wanna go do some morning hunting with me?" the black she-cat asked as she tilted her head and waited for an answer, SquirrelFleck stared at her friend with a seriouse look knowing that they could accidently wake someone up if they even made the slightest move. "Please? im bored" RavenWish said as she rolled on her back, SquirrelFleck sighed and got up quietly as RavenWish got up fast in excitement and they both stalked out the mossy den quietly.

SquirrelFleck and RavenWish walked in the damp forest as the wet grass made there paws wet, the two she cats stopped in there tracks as they both heard the bushes rustling not far from them. They both jumped into a bush, they peeked there heads out from the bush and looked into the clearing infront of them to see RushStream sitting there holding a red rose, "what is he doing?" RavenWish asked as she whispered in SquirrelFlecks ear, "i have no idea.." SquirrelFleck whispered back to her friend, they watched as a familiar light colored tabby she-cat stalked out of a bush from across the clearing and trotted up to RushStream who seemed happy to see her. "Is that HeatherPelt from StormClan?" RavenWish said in a surpised tone, the two surprised she cats watched in shock as RushStream and HeatherPelt nuzzled, "i cant believe how stupid my brother is.." RavenWish said in a low hiss, "come on lets go.." said SquirrelFleck and RavenWish left..

the two she cats made it back to camp without even saying a word, they both wondered how they were gonna tell the clan that RushStream in meeting HeatherPelt in secret and they bothed wondered how WillowStripe will act. They entered the camp as StoneStripe walked up to them "where have you two been?" StoneStripe asked as he stood tall, SquirrelFleck and RavenWish exchanged glances before SquirrelFleck spook, "we went for a morning walk.." SquirrelFleck said in a soft voice, StoneStripe nodded "did you two happen to see RushStream at all..?" StoneStripe said as he flicked his tail as he waited for an answer, SquirrelFleck and RavenWish looked at each other nervously. "No we havent.." SquirrelFleck said as she looked away from her deputy to not show the lie in her eyes as so did RavenWish, StoneStripe stared at them for a minuite as he didnt quit believe them but he then walked away with saying nothing else as SquirrelFleck and RavenWish sighed in relief. 

                                                                        IN THE NURSERY:

DeerCreek layed against the nursery wall as her kits crawled up on her flank as bite her ears, MothSpot giggled as she watched the kits play and tumble, "gosh there brats sometimes.." DeerCreek mumered as the kits bite her ear. MothSpot snorted "yeah but there also cute.." MothSpot said as she purred at the kits. "There gonna be fine warriors" CloverSight said as she purred as DeerCreek and MothSpot nodded, "i wonder who there mentors will be" MothSpot said, "me too im so excited for there future.." said DeerCreek.

                                                               IN THE CLEARING OF THE CAMP:

  SquirrelFleck sat in the clearing of the camp as the sun hit her bright orange fur as she stared at the dark green grass beneath her, she was still thinking about what her and RavenWish witnessed earlier when they saw RushStream hanging out with the StormClan warrior, she stopped her trance as LionEye approached her. "LionEye?" SquirrelFleck said as she tilted her head, she was surprised because she and LionEye dont really talk because hes a really quit cat, "umm..hey SquirrelFleck" LionEye said as he sat infront of her "i want to ask you a question.." he said nervously, "uhhhh ok?" SquirrelFleck said as she waited for him to speak, "i was wondering if..you want to come hunting with me tomorrow at dusk" LionEye asked shyly, SquirrelFleck stared at him in shock, she never had a Tom ask her to come hunting with them, "sure.." SquirrelFleck said shyly as LionEye smiled in excitment. "Thats great! see ya tomorrow" LionEye said as he made his way to the fresh kill pile.
