part 19

y/ns pov
a few days passed since the kiss happened
me and camilo havent talked since
and its been a week

i was lying on my bed watching the clock tick
the rain was really heavy outside
i turned to my window watching two little raindrops roll down the window
i laid there in complete silence
i sat up on my bed
i groaned
'theres nothing to do' i said to myself

i looked outside
it was all wet and windy outside
but then i thought
'what if i go ask mirabel if she wants to have fun in the rain with me'
childish i know.
but still its only a bit of fun

i ran out my room and down the stairs
i grabbed my yellow pair of rainboots
and my yellow rainjacket
'where are you going in such a hurry' my mum asked me while giggling
'im off to mirabels house' i say with a huge smile
'okay but be back by 6'
'really?? that ea-'
'y/n' she gave me a look
'okok jeeze 6 oclock it is' i say awkwardly smiling at her
'okay' she chuckles 'have fun'
'adios mama'

i unlock the front door and lift my hood over my head
i run out the door
it was really cold
i made my way to the village

i seen a huge group of people
i try to push by them
"hola y/n" a guy with a mustache says to me
"oh hello" i say back
"would you mind giving these flowers to julia , for me?"
i give him a confused look
"uhm whos julia?" i ask him
"oh? uhm camilos new girlfriend"
my eyes widen
girlfriend?? he has a girlfriend??
"you know what if its too much hastle-"
"yeah im kinda in a hurry anyways"
i pushed by him

i had tears forming in my eyes
he kissed me less then a week ago

i got to the madrigals house and knocked on the door
mirabel answered
"Y/N" she said while hugging me
i didnt hug back
i just stood there
"y/n? are you okay?" she gives me a worried look
"oh yeah im fine" i laugh nervously
"here come inside"
she takes me by the hand and brings me upstairs
as we were walking upstairs we seen camilo he stared at me blankly and quickly turned around
"what was that about?" mirabel laughs
"i-i dont know" i reply

we got into her room and she shuts the door
"are you sure your okay y/n?"
"well i dont know its well , i heard that camilo has a girlfriend and its really confusing me because he literally kissed me less then a week ago" i say sighing
"wait a second , ye kissed ?? again??" she smirks
"mirabel not now"
"okay okay sorry"
"theres no way camilo has a girlfriend, hes literally crazy about you"
i look at her
"well some random man asked me to give some julia girl some flowe-" she cuts me off
"j-julia??"
"ya? do you know her?" i reply
"do i know her? oh boy"
"who is sh-"
"remember that girl at antonios gift ceremony that said all those horrible things to you"
my mouth widens
"ya her." maribel gives me a look
i look down
camilo definitely likes her
what will i do now

mirabel lifts up my chin
"hey whats wrong?" she tilts her head
"does he like her?"
she stares at me blankly
"you better be joking"
"well i-"
"y/n he hates her , theres no way he likes her , shes like mad inlove with him and he never had any interest in her whatsoever"
"then explain why he turned around when he saw me" i say
"oh well , i dont know why he did that , but hey dont worry about it"
i nod

mirabel grabs my hand and we walk out of the room
we walk down stairs and see abuela talking to a rather tall couple
"who are they?" i ask
"oh i don-" mirabel takes a closer look
"Y/N!!" she loudly whispers
"WHAT" i whisper back
"THEIR JULIAS PARENTS"
i look over at the woman standing beside abuela and look closely
my jaw dropped
it was the same woman that insulted me
"why is your abuela talking to them?" i ask
"im not sure , lets go over" she says while grabbing my hand

we walk over
"oh mirabel , y/n hello"
abuela says while smiling
i look at the woman standing next to abuela
she looks at me in shock
and gives me a dirty look

"so whats going on here" mirabel nervously chuckles
"oh havent you heard? julia and camilo are dating!! so we are planning a little party" abuela says smiling

my eyes widen and i look at mirabel
i could tell she was in shock
"t-they're what now?" mirabel asks her abuela
"dating!! isnt it exciting"
i could feel my heart pounding, but not ina good way
i felt upset but i couldnt really show it
"im gonna go" i say to mirabel quietly
"no don-" she gets cut off my her abuela
"mirabel would you mind helping us" she says with a huge smile

mirabel mouths the words "sorry" to me
i turn around and walk away
i walked through the hallway wiping the tears rolling down my face
i look up and bang into someone
"y/n?"
i look up and it was camilo
i quickly look down making sure he doesnt see that im crying
he lifts up my face
"hermosa? why are you crying?" he says while wiping the tears of my face
