15: Wedding Plans

3rd person POV

"Hey! Deal with it."

"I won't, idiot! How can you even find a perfect wedding dress in only one fitting?"

Nayeon and Jeongyeon are bickering on the corner while the saleslady stood beside them with a nervous smile. Yeji was in the fitting room with Lia and the others are done and already chose their dresses for their wedding. The main character paces back and forth with the girls' decision. Doubting all her doings in this very moment. Y/n was exaggerated for making her vows but shrugged it off in the thought of atleast being sweet and it came from the heart.

She thinks about her best friends who didn't know about anything that's happened in her life. Figuring this out, maybe she can atleast contact them.

Without them knowing..

'It won't hurt them' Y/n thought. But that where the part that she is wrong.

She came up with a "I'll be right back!". Little did she know that one of her fiances are behind her.

"I'll get some fresh air."

Y/N's POV

I walked out of the store to call Jisoo-unnie. It's Monday so I know that they're together at school and I think it's club time and they don't have clubs because they thought they could just do those things somewhere else like home.
I sped-dial unnie's phone number. It took a few rings before she answered. I exhaled happily as I put my phone by my ear to hear her.

"Unnie! Hi! I missed you so mu-"

"Y/n where are you?"

I was shocked when she said it like she's worried but I'm glad she is.

"I'm at a boutique, for wedding dresses haha"

"Did you know how many nights I tried to survive when I knew I can't talk to you? How much money I paid on someone to help you escape but ends up on the fucking news headline dead with no organs and a smashed head? How worried Lisa, Jennie, and Rose' are? How cone you only contacted me now? " - Jisoo

'I didn't knew anything because they don't let me have my phone if it's not involved with them. The television on the living room disappeared too. They "took it away". Some of them have gone somewhere the other day and told me they'd be back in a few hours. That can be included as an evidence on them. '

"What are you doing for tonight?" - Jisoo

"Why are you gonna come by the house?"

"No, I'm trying to save you." - Jisoo

'What?'

"Please just tell me!" - Jisoo

"Jichu.."

I took a long pause to look back at the wedding boutique. They're still there but outside. Why does it seem like someone's missing though?

"I'm.. at the closest shop nearby the school. Remember when we used to walk together? You know? The one where Mr. Yang owns."

"Oh that shop! On my way baby, just stay there." - Jisoo

She hanged up right after my answer. I felt deflated from that call. Thank God someone is saving me! Police and lawyers doesn't even work on them. Those girls definitely have a friend in there or some kind of connection.

"Y/N?"

I slightly jumped at the voice to see it's Chaeryeong peeking at the wall. Shit this is bad.

"Oh Tzu! I was just-"

"I heard everything. I'm telling on you right now." Tzuyu backs away slowly as tears also formed, daring to fall from her eyes. She ran away from me, leaving me behind.

"Wait! I can explain!"

'Idiot, why bother explaining the obvious?'

I sighed heavily and also ran to catch up with her. I thought I reached her but there's no one by the time that I arrived. I went inside the boutique again to reach out to Mr. Yang but he said they just paid and left.

'They left me here? But why?'

I was so baffled by the fact that they really just went home without me knowing that Tzuyu already told them the incident. I am not going home after that. I didn't even noticed the hand that touched my shoulder. I turned around assuming it wss one of them not until I saw it was Jisoo. She engulfed me in a hug. So tight yet so warm. I missed this.

"Jichu.. They left me out here. I can't go home too. They'll punish me."

"Shh.. What are you worrying for? This is great! We should go to my place to nurse you and tell me everything." The latter leads me to her car and opens the door for me. I got inside and got to relax for a minute.

Just a minute.

-Timeskip-

Jisoo-unnie made me lay on her bed to think about the whole situation on spot. She tucked me with a blanket and told me to enjoy the silence and alone time.

Alone time.

I've never had that ever since I lived with them. One or two of them at least had to stay with me.

Silence.

Also this, It was always noisy but funny. I don't appreciate it most of the time though.

Jisoo-unnie opened the door with cookies and ice cream on hand. She really knew how to calm me down. She placed them on a table and sat in beside me on the edge of her bed. I started opening up to everything that I remember. She held my hand at every stops to signal me to keep going. I know this isn't going to last but at least I got to let everyting all out. I was free to do what I want.

I am free.

But not for long.
