In this song she cry the death of her son by singing him a Nana ( a Nana is a lullaby, there are many in the Romaní culture).
Flamenca gets pregnant her lover but the baby dies. "At the door of heaven they sell shoes for the little angels who go barefoot" this lyric makes me understand that her baby will go to heaven and that he goes barefoot since he was never born.
two things can be assumed, the first is that when her husband finds out that she was pregnant by her lover, he makes her lose him, possibly by beating her, since he had been mistreating her for a long time. the second is that she herself aborted it for fear that her husband would find out.
