A week has passed since we left our girls, and they're rent is due at the café and since payment wasn't made they've left, off to find some other place to live.

Claire split the group up, the men are looking, Claire, Mignonette and Elise and Luisa are in one group. Dominique, Colette, Marie and Chloe are in the other.

Claire is leading her groups and Mignonette is right behind her, while Luisa and Elise are behind walking hand in hand.

They usually wandered the city until finding some old abandoned building, ir makeshift lair to hideout in. They weren't very picky.

Claire and Mignonette were doing most the looking, Luisa and Elise were admittedly distracted with each other.

"It's kind of nice, just you and me." Elise said smiling at her.

"I agree." Luisa smiled back. "But Chloe makes us complete."

"Of course!" Elise agreed giggling. "That girl... I'm so glad you made this happen." Elise said as she internally admired everything about Chloe.

"You love me too yes?" Luisa said genuinely worried.

"Oh of course!" Elise said leaning into to kiss her.

"Careful!" Luisa said backing away. "Claire might see!" She whispered.

"Sorry! I get so carried away." Elise said blushing red.

"There will be time later." Luisa winked.

"Always!" Elise smiled back.

"Claire!" A voice shouted, gaining everyone's attention. "Over here!" It shouted from an alleyway.

Claire went down and the rest followed, and they saw Frederic stood there. "How about this place!" He said.

It was a old house, seemingly abandoned in a remote and hidden away alley.

"It seems good so far!" Claire agreed.

Frederic was always a nice man. Luisa liked his best of all the men they spoke with. He was young, tall and slim, with light features on account of his Swedish mother.

"Why are you alone, Frederic?" Claire asked curiously.

"The other bastards got distracted at a tavern. Glad I found this place quick, and I'm half tempted to bar them entry." He said feather indignant about the other men.

"I like it!" Mignonette said. "It's very hidden."

"You always were the little scamp, hiding in shadows!" Claire teased.

Mignonette looked at her angrily and then at Frederic sadly.

"Now you've upset the girl!" Frederic said as he hugged her. "Your crude tongue and bottle habit will get us all killed or thrown in the Bastille someday!"

"Oh hush! It was only in jest! I love little Lilian!" Claire replied.

"I'm Mignonette!" She protested. She didn't like her real name, it carried bitter memories. Claire knew that, she could be a bully sometimes, and other times a caring older sister or motherly figure.

"That's enough!" Elise interjected. "Let's just go inside!"

Elise proceeded to lead Claire and Mignonette inside. Luisa elected to stay outside as she feared spiders and rats and such and would wait for them to be cleared. Frederic stayed with her.

They say together on the ground, backs against the wall of the building adjacent the house.

"How are you dear Luisa?" He asked in Spanish. He knew her tongue and would often converse with her in it for his own practice.
